Great central location. Building interior was clean and our room was very nice with high ceilings. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the historic center! We loved that the entrance was on a pedestrian only street…the gorgeous “Canterra” stones in the open interior courtyard, the tall ceilings and doors in our room, the toiletries, and the truly hospitable staff! Every single person that worked there was so kind and excellent at their jobs! I feel compelled to give additional praise to a particular staff member, named Geraldo. He works as the night front desk person, as well as a breakfast waiter. His bright smile, kindness, excellent hospitality, and perfect service, was the cherry on top of our stay. If anyone in upper management is reading this, know that you have a top notch employee, you are very lucky! He is bilingual, which I’m sure is an excellent asset to have as well! I live on an island that has a tourism economy and have worked in hospitality since the age of 12 and have been an innkeeper at my own BnB for the last 20 years, I know good hospitality and a hard worker when I see it and he is truly professional and hospitable! Thanks again and we will definitely stay again in our next trip to Oaxaca!

El edificio estaba muy lindo con un patio interno muy lindo. La ubicación estuvo perfecta. La comodidad del cuarto muy bien y todo el personal muy agradable y resolutivo.

La habitación da al lugar donde se sirve el desayuno y si uno desea dormir hasta tarde probablemente se vea afectado por los ruidos de cubiertos y gente.

A beautiful building with a lovely airy foyer. It is in a fantastic location on the Main Street, and you will often see dancing and processions going by each evening. The classic room was simple and comfortable. The rooftop pool and bar was really nice. The staff were very helpful and we were able to check in early as the room was ready. The included breakfast was good.

The bed was a little small.

Location and architecture and art. Beds were comfortable, we stayed in a junior suite. Staff was kind and free breakfast was great with wonderful food.

Didn’t realize there was a pool.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, beds, and linens. All of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The location is right in the heart of the centro so everything downtown is walkable. The building walls are very thick and room doors are solid heavy wood which keeps rooms surprisingly quiet even though you're right downtown. Beautiful views from the rooftop pool and lounge area. Delicious large breakfasts and other meals available from the on-site restaurant.

I wish the rooftop was open later.
