Location is great and has a lot of parking on the road and underground. Breakfast spread was quite nice and staff were helpful. Apartment had all required amenities.

Reception services could be more warm. We had booked 2 apartments. One of these had a horrendous view with cleaning crane blocking all the windows. Kettle in the kitchen was extremely dirty & I had to open the filter and keep out for cleaning staff to pay attention. Also the apartments were large enough to have accommodated 3 adults, 1 kid and 1 baby easily but the options didn’t show up on Booking.com and were neither advised by Reception. We hence had to book 2 of these!

nose they cant control it and the cleaner at hotel they try to open my luggage and they open it and change password i look it and went out when i came they clean room and opened my luggage with change the look number

Spacious One bedroom apartment with great views of the city, An amazing swimming pool however was cold ! Central breakfast at Novotel main restaurant was full of choices and good coffee machines. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Hotel is clean but more care can be taken by the housekeeping team.
