The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The owner was welcoming and made us feel at home.

Chema is very lucky to have Merche as his wife. She has turned the apartment into a little paradise. We have never been in an apartment that was so well equiped. Merche has thought about literally everything. You will not be able to not find or miss any item that you need during your stay. The apartment was so clean, the bed is super comfortable, the wifi is strong, the kitchen has everything for you to cook and make breakfast. You can park your car for free in a safe and protected garage under the building. The location is central to everything and only a short 15 minute walking distance to the inner city. We highly recommend this apartment.

A bit of a walk to downtown Oviedo. If you are lucky you can catch bus E1 for 1,20.
