Food ,onsen and service

The location was beautiful, easy to get to via bus from Takayama. The food selections were diverse and we enjoyed the options to cook a little something on our table. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Very happy to have a humidifier too!!

This is a tough one. The hotel and staff did such a stellar job offering me opportunities to be in the Onsens - since I have a large tattoo on my arm. I was/am SO grateful for this. It was tough to stay up late enough to use the onsen after public hours, I was so sleepy. And, I know it would have been extra beautiful during the daytime. But, the hotel accommodated me well. So, I’m thankful! 😁

露天風呂温泉は♨️なかなか良かった

木造建て増し作りで大きな荷物を🧳3階まで階段を使って運ぶことには大変だ、部屋は狭いし余裕がないただただ寝るだけの部屋である！

夜泣きそばが美味しかった( ^^) こちらの予約ミスですが、すぐ対応して宿泊出来て良かったです。

予約の確認の電話したその時に大人1名様ですねと言って下さればキャンセルできたのに…大人2人で予約してるつもりでした。

食事会場で挨拶が出来ていたのはよかった。後から来た外国からの宿泊者の要望にすぐに気づいていた。

浴室で貴重品入れにスリッパを入れている人がいた。部屋の入り口にスリッパを脱ぐところがなかったので室内はスリッパで過ごせるような感じだった。食事会場がスリッパでかなり違和感を感じた。清潔不潔の境界が曖昧。部屋の座椅子が埃だらけだったり、他にも散見され、掃除に目が届いていないと感じた。

食事の量質最高、風呂のローテーション男女時間は割が良く、お得感を感じた。 マサージ機もう少し良いやつにそろそろ変え時では?

一番遠くの4階遠かった。階段で疲れた。

The buffet was really good. Rooms were spacious and reasonably priced. Good variety of baths excellent outdoor baths. 1 min walk from the bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful gardens and waterfalls at the hotel.

Japanese beds are hard. Like plywood with a sheet on it hard. In 53 days in Japan these were the softest beds. Still hard but softer. The foam pillow was not to my liking. No ATM in hotel or in town.
