Bathrooms can use some cleaning. Wifi doesn’t work at all. Staff is very unresponsive to complaints about lack of wifi. i complained again and again and was met with the same response - we are looking into it. Reception staff is brusque. Only positive feature is the restaurant which has great service and excellent food.

Central location and restaurant available for eating. Room was ok. Food was decent.

No hot water. Had to call up few times and later only mild warm water was coming. Early morning also no hot water, had to bath in cold water. A/c was not working properly. Tv not working. Not worth spending so much on the hotel room.

Not a good place to stay, hotel n it's room smell very bad, staff is also unfriendly Not at all recommended

as we had travelled for tirumala darshanam we did not take much interest in breakfast and neither had at the hotel

The rooms need to be better maintained..the cupboard door handles were loose..the bathroom tap was quite tight..the mug and bucket were clean but quite old..no hand towel
