The Boatyard was the ideal location for our Christmas celebration with its panoramic view of the village of Kennebunkport all decked out for the holidays. In addition the village was a short 5 minute walk to enjoy the festive atmosphere. The condo itself was great with an ideal layout, an incredibly well equipped kitchen, even for preparing an elaborate holiday meal and super comfortable, quiet bedrooms.

We very much enjoyed Mary’s condo in Kennebunk. The location is perfect, we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Also the fact it sits over the water made morning coffee that much more sweet! Mary was always available and so so helpful. We would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay here. The place is immaculate, well supplied with everything. Great kitchen and the enclosed porch (with a stellar view) is a real highlight. It's actually very spacious, more so than the pictures show. Super easy walking to restaurants/shops (both on the Kennebunk and Kennebunkport sides of the bridge). Highly recommend!

The property is perfectly located, immaculate, and well supplied. Mary was a wonderful host and responsive to our needs . We have vacationed here several years and look forward to returning to the Boatyard.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kennebunkport. Great location! Teens loved fishing, lobstering, and walking into town for ice cream and lobster rolls. 3 min walk and you’re in the heart of the village!

My turn to plan the girlfriends trip to a surprise location. We couldn't have been happier! What a beautiful building and exceptional condo. Walk one block and the shopping, eating and drinking starts. Just a short drive to hiking and walking. Kennebunkport is a beautiful part of Maine!

The property was immaculate, which is high praise coming from my wife. The sunrise from the four seasons room is stunning, makes you want to get up early. We could get up, take a short stroll to every great coffee shop in town. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. We hope Mary will have us back.

Boathouse #5 is a beautiful home away from home. Outside, the grounds and gardens are well kept & inviting. This 3 bedroom condo has a very nice layout and the sunroom is a gem! The best room in the place with views of the tidal river, bridge to KPT and so very comfortable. We spent the majority of our time there even on the cloudy days. Mary is a wonderful owner whose response to inquiries was nearly immediate! Somehow the guidebook & instructions to the cable system & TV’s went missing prior to our stay and with one email to Mary, she was right on it. Thank you, Mary! The bedrooms have the most comfy mattresses, linens, pillows and great closet space with lots of hangers. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soaps, and outstanding water pressure. We found the kitchen to be well stocked, conveniently located and well organized. Mary’s place has been lovingly decorated with just the right amount of local artwork, books, games and furniture. Very soothing colors throughout. Overall, our week couldn’t have been in a nicer place. Quick walk to shoppes, restaurants (Pedro’s, Arundel Wharf, The Boathouse & Nunan’s Lobster was a short drive) and convenient to neighboring villages and beaches. A perfect “10”.

A few glitches were easily remedied by owner. I loved the location. and the rooms for guests were excellent. Property well kept.

Mary’s property was immaculate. The floor plan was perfect for our kids and grandparents who joined. The full length glass on two sides overlooking the bay had 2 sliding glass doors with screens and French balcony (for kiddo security) and allowed fresh air and sounds of birds in morning. The porch had another 2 sliding glass doors separating it from living/dining/kitchen. Then off the kitchen the two larges bedrooms were separated by double doors for more sound isolation when needed in morning or evening. Furniture and finishings were in excellent condition. Looking forward to staying again next year.

The property was just as portrayed in the photos. It was beaming with sunlight and welcoming from the first moment we entered. The property is very convenient and walkable to all Kennebunkport has to offer and has easy access to byways for other parts of Maine. Parking was convenient and easy as property is well marked for guests. The entire building was beautifully landscaped and you felt you were tucked away in a retreat right next to the water. Watching the tides go in and out was peaceful and relaxing. Beds were firm and very comfortable, kitchen was very well stocked and equipped for any ones needs. Having TV's in each of the master suites was a plus as well in the living room. Glassed in and screened porch was a favorite place for us to sit and enjoy conversation, reading and planning the next day. Plenty of pressure in the showers and additional supplies were available if needed. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had, neighbors were friendly and helpful. It will be my new home away from home for my visits back to Kennebunkport!
