Winter getaway for 6 old friends.We spent a week in Beau Soleil during June. The huge balcony soaked up the sun for most of the day while the we took in the 180 degree views of the township, beach and point. The house is very comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a great location - close to the shops, pub, club, beach, tennis courts etc etc, and the walk back up the hill is great for fitness. Plenty of parking. Can highly recommend.

Could really use air-conditioning. Not even fans! Clothing was constantly damp from humidity and unable to use humidifier as it produced too much hot air.The location and view were awesome.

We went to Cresent head to attend my nephews funeral. When we arrived at the place I had to clean the place so we could stay there. That night it rained the roof in the master bedroom leaked that much we couldn’t sleep in it. It was very unpleasant stay

Great location and view with this property but unfortunately it is quite rundown. Vegetation was overgrown so only partial view available and downstairs smelled bad so couldn’t use. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. But the house had mould spots on some of the ceilings and had been wet downstairs

Great house for a big group of ppl! 3 min walk to the shops and the ocean view is stunning. The photos do not do it justice. The property is older but well maintained. Bedrooms are very basic but the open plan living area and deck is where we spent most of the time soaking up that view!

The property if fine. There needs to be cleaning products supplied, not a lot but basics such as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and spray and wipe etc so the property can be maintained. Bins and recycling need to be checked that they have been emptied.

This house has a fabulous view but it is quite a serious walk up the hill. It would be much more comfortable if ceiling fans were installed (an easy job with minimal work-using a remote control) in the lounge, dining and the bedrooms. The balcony doors are in urgent need of adjusting and or lubrications.

Excellent views of a beautiful beach
We have stayed here many times and love the view and the Indonesian day bed on the balcony for reading and afternoon sleeps. However the bedrooms need ceiling fans and the beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced/upgraded

Great View
I have booked this place many times.
BBQ jets needed full clean. The outside has been painted but inside looking very tired. Needs a garden hose for car cleaning. A sharp knife would not go astray.

Needs complete reno
We stay as a group at Crescent every year for a week fishing and surfing. We have rented this premise before some years ago but will not again. I gave a list of faults to the agent and to their credit(lights,TV) were fixed promptly. Other Problems: Possums in the roof very noisy,interior walls are filthy, deck insecure and needs replacing, BBQ no ignition and jets blocked,dripping taps, foam mattress on lower bunk bed worn out, Vacuum cleaner little suction hose repaired with tape,washing machine leaks, front door passage lock faulty ,Microwave is minimum size. No garden hose to wash down gear Overall for the rental price I would not recommend it.

Great location, great layout but house in dire need of a coat of paint and a face-lift. Deck also getting very shakeup.
