Clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Most importantly for an Aussie it had a shower without a bath

Top quality fittings throughout, beautifully clean, generous breakfast basics also provided. All as in photos & description, seems even nicer in reality! Very good location for car-free exploring of Arbroath, harbour & whole coastline leading to superb cliff paths. Also some lovely surrounding seaside areas (eg nearby coastal towns & Dundee city) by train &/or car. Very helpful, easy & friendly communication with owner.
