Property is as advertised and then some very well stocked home there are no complaints an excellent place for family reunion get togethers and just overall good family fun You will have no regrets with this property

This home was perfect for our family. There were 15 of us ages 10-82 and it met everyone's needs.
The game room was super fun, especially after a big day on the lake. The kitchen was well supplied. The 4 garbage cans on each side of the island were a big hit!
The eight bedrooms and 5 baths were clean and everyone said their beds were super comfortable. We did run out of TP by day 4, but Woods Grocery Store is only 10 minutes away.
It was also very nice to have a garage - 2 of our families were able to park in the garage - left room in the drive for the additional cars.

The house was absolutely amazing. There were 10 of us all week and we had plenty of room for everyone. The game room was enjoyed all. The dock was wonderful with picnic tables on it so we could sit out and enjoy the lake in the shade and those that wanted sun could use the water mat. If you are looking for a great place to stay at the lake, I highly recommend this one.

The house was great! W were all hoping to use the hot tub, but they were working on it, and that bummed us all out but everthing else was great. It is a great location and we felt like we had the best view for the fireworks at Margheritaville.

The water valves were turn in the off position for all of the upstairs bathrooms. The hot water heater water valve was shut off. None of this was disclosed, and one of our guests that just happening to be a construction contractor by profession had to take care of the issue. Sent several messages via texts and voicemail to manager of the property before our guest solved the issue. I was told the upstairs bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Didn't like receiving a phone call due to " a loudspeaker issue" it was early afternoon and was not even that loud. Also, it was not even the designated quite hours. Did like how the house accommodated all of us. The Kitchen was nice as well, which help in cooking meals for the large group staying in the house.

We have stayed at the ozarks many times and this was the best place for our large family group. The canoes and Lilly pad were favorites for the kids and they ate every meal on the dock!! The game room was a big hit with kids and adults. The kitchen is big and welcoming with plenty space for multiple cooks and is so well stocked!! It is a great place to stay. We will see you again!

There were 16 of us for our annual family vacation. The beds were comfortable & the house was well layed out for our group. The kitchen was great for large families or groups. The boat dock was great when we rented a boat & a jet ski and also for swimming. The two flights of stairs could be a problem for older people or handicapped. The hot tub was not working while we were there.

Our family of 17(!) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect - kids swam for HOURS in the cove and were very safe. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked - you won't need a thing.
Only drawback is that there a lot of steps that are narrow and steep. Would not be ideal for an elderly person. This is something the owners/property manager cannot control, so has no bearing on our review.

Excellent property for a large group. Well equipped large kitchen with all that is needed to prepare meals comfortable for a large family. Could use a larger dishwasher but that did not imped our fun. Quiet cove to enjoy the water with many dock amenities (kyacks, lilly pad, etc.) available. Only nit is that it would be nice to have some more complete bath soaps available. This home does have 3 levels and steeper stairs between. No problem for us but could be a challenge if for those physically limited. Nicely furnished/appointed inside. Several private spaces for small groups to enjoy and large deck to accommodate large group dinners. Overall - 5 stars in my view.

Great communication and fun place to stay at. Enjoyed all the amenities. Foosball table, hot tub, pool table, water lily pad, kayaks and the beautiful deck that looks out to the lake in a quiet cove!

Overall, it was a lovely place. This was one of our favorites compared to places we have stayed over the last 20 years. The kitchen was well equipped in the area around it, provided for plenty of room for our entire family to gather around and enjoy each other's company, while at the same time, there was space on the other two levels for people to have their own space.

We had a blast here. This spacious property allowed a bunch of cousins from across the country to get together and have our own personal space while having enough gathering space that we could create some fantastic lasting memories.

The home was in clean condition and well stocked when we arrived. The space in this home makes it great for large groups. The patios had plenty of furniture for our group and the dock seems to be well taken care of. This is the perfect home for large groups. Location was fantastic. The host was easy to communicate with and thorough. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for hosting us!
