The condo was exactly as the pictures showed! It was the perfect location within 1 or 2 miles close to everything you need. The bike path led directly to the beach and downtown Traverse City. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s cozy, very clean and a great location!

I missed the note with the key to getting in the building. In a panic, I emailed the host… and was thrilled to get a response in a matter of minutes… even though it was later in the evening. The condo had everything we could have needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was extremely relaxing. Even when it was time to leave, they made it super easy and accommodating. They took care of everything. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again. I just hope it’s available!! Thanks to our host for everything!!

Close to everything

We've stayed here at the Trailside45 before for the Bayshore Marathon -- we love how close it is to the downtown as well as being walking distance to the race start location. The host communication was great, and they accommodated easily for us to bring our furry friend. The 1st floor and location within the building made it super easy for taking care of our dog. Everything was well stocked, labeled and clean. I would definitely suggest the following improvements: sliding door lock did not work -- only a wooden rod held it in place as a security mechanism but there was still a large gap which was easily a security issue; no chairs for sitting on the patio -- either update the listing to tell renters to bring their own chairs (e.g. camp chairs) or provide chairs; TV in the living room but no TV in either of the bedrooms -- as parents of 2 young children it's nice to be able to relax in bed w TV at the end of the day; couch was not very comfortable - would help to put in an ottoman to put legs up; Unit # was not provided with the check in details (access codes, e.g.) -- didn't realize this until we were outside the building, had to reach out to the host and wait. All are minor things, but, would improve the overall experience considering the cost.

Perfect place to stay to attend the Traverse City Trail Running Festival.

Met some family up north for a weekend away. This place was such a great location! Clean, had everything we needed! Beds were comfortable! We’ll be back!

Overall the place was clean and neat. The response time from manager was very speedy. . When we arrived at the condo we were able to park near our patio door and load stuff in through that way ...very convenient. Condo was a short walking distance to a nice grocery store and bike rental shop. A short drive to downtown Traverse city. I did make a suggestion that they need another comfortable chair in the tv area as with 2 couples it is odd to sit with 3 people on the couch and try to carry on a conversation. I would stay again if in the area.

Unit on first floor was great if you have dogs. Was able to walk out patio door to take dog for a walk on Tart Trail. Unit was very clean and as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

We did a stayed for a long weekend to visit family. The location so close to downtown was perfect. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Weather was dreadful so did get to take advantage of the trial next door, but will next time! The unit was clean and properly stocked with everything you’d need. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check in process was so simple! Very cute, clean and comfortable condo. We loved the ground floor access for our puppy. Close to everything! Would definitely stay again!

The place was really nice,but several trains came thru one night and we're really loud,plus noisy cars,motorcycles

I really enjoyed my stay here. It had a nice layout, was clean and updated and best of all took dogs. It was convenient being on the first floor in letting out my little dog. I would stay here again.

Clean and well kept condo. Spacious kitchen area with long table- perfect for eating, gathering and playing cards. Great location to activities, restaurants and fun. Would highly recommend it to anyone

We enjoyed staying at this location. So close to everything around town. Beds were soft and it had everything we needed. Note we were outside enjoying the city more than at the condo:). Will book this one again!

Beautiful condo just outside downtown Traverse City. Very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Very quiet neighborhood with no significant traffic. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Bright, cheery apartment. Beautifully decorated. Well equipped. Two bedrooms, each with a private bath were perfect for three adults (one couple and a single). We just needed a place for one night to attend a concert near Traverse City. This was perfect. I really appreciated the notebook that highlighted restaurants and other places to visit

The owner was great with communication and our family had all the space we needed even with a dog and a baby. Would happily rent here again!

Host was quick to respond to all questions. House was very clean. Location had us close to all activities. A binder was left and answered all questions regarding the condo as well as local activities. Checkout was the easiest of any Vrbo we have ever used. Will book here again next year.

The condo was a perfect setup for our family for the marathon weekend. The kitchen was fully furnished allowing us to cook meals and save some money at the restaurants. They even included some K cups and washing machine/dishwasher tablets to clean dishes and clothes accordingly! Location worked perfectly as well being only about 1 mile from downtown TC and directly adjacent to the TART trail! Would recommend and will stay again!

Complex is centrally located, ample parking, simple check-in and checkout processes, management is extremely responsive, and condos are clean, comfortable and well stocked.
