We actually extended our stay while staying because we loved it so much! Condo is great, location is great, access to private beach is awesome! Small note, the kitchen is not very well appointed and we cooked almost every night. Overall absolutely loved our stay and would do it again!

The vacation rental was very spacious, great views and very close to beach. Lots of bike path, walking distace to beach and close to shelter cove for great restaurants.

Check in was easy, the home was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. We were within a bike ride of the beach and Coligny restaurants and shopping. We hope to rent here again!

Had to clean dishwasher filter that was clogged with rotten food. Nearly impossible to stream shows on the outdated tv. Floors seemed to not have been mopped well. White socks were black from walking on them. Master bathroom wall next to vanity had a lot of what appeared to be toothpaste splatter. Only one potholder in kitchen which was caked with dried food. Porch furniture uncomfortable and wobbly; screws need tightening. It was a great location. Property manager responded to our needs in a timely manner.

Great location and beautiful view of the golf course! Can bike/walk to the beach and if no space for parking you can drop off your beach things and walk back to the beach in a few minutes! Close to the tennis courts and pool! Everything that you want is only a short walk from here!

Reviewer Comments: This lovely 2nd floor villa overlooks the 9th tee of the Brigantine golf course and is a 10-minute walk to the beach and within easy driving distance to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. The villa was spacious and we loved the beach-themed decor and updated interior. If you have mobility issues or very young children, you might find the villa's 14 stairs to be a bit challenging. We also enjoyed the quiet Evian neighborhood within Shipyard, friendly neighbors and well-maintained bike/walking paths. Host2Coast's customer service was amazing! We had made a suggestion by e-mail about including a clothes drying rack for future renters and, much to our surprise, 1-1/2 hours later they knocked on our door with a brand new clothes drying rack. There were a few housekeeping issues that they also immediately offered to resolve by sending out a cleaning person. They always answered our e-mails promptly and their staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we talked to them on the phone. We would not hesitate to recommend Host2coast and we will definitely rent through them again. We had a great stay at 247 Evian and look forward to returning again!

Property was lovely, clean with a lovely golf course view. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Upon arrival, unit was not clean and main shower not working. However, contacted Brent at property management company and he addressed issues immediately. Great unit in a great location. Evian is the best. Would definitely stay here again, as long as cleaned thoroughly.

We enjoyed the location and view from the patio. The only complaints are the cleanliness of the cabinets and drawers, and the poor condition of the pots and pans. Aside from those issues, the villa was perfect.

Had all the basics and some extras. Kitchen could have been better stocked with better pans, kitchen tools, etc. Had to call a few times for help with various things and the staff at Host2Coast were EXCELLENT to work with! We had a great week in Hilton Head and loved the condo! Our 2 young adult daughters came home to go with us for our first trip to Hilton Head. The condo was great and we loved the pool and nearby beach access. Great property, great location, and nice amenities. Would love to stay again.

My family had a very nice stay. Very clean updated villa. All positives with the exception of the mattresses, which weren't horrible but not great.

The property was exactly as listed. Great location within Shipyard Plantation. Short bike ride, easy walk to the beach and community pool. You can bike to Coligny Beach area, restaurants, shops easily too. Host2Coast was great to work with. They were very prompt in answering questions with anything we needed. Wonderful communication pre-stay to make sure we had all the check in information we needed. When we arrived there was a nice welcome note and gift. Beach towels are provided, which is a big plus. No real issues, but two of the wine glasses rims came completely off like the glass had been cut, and one other one had a chipped rim, just FYI. One of the kitchen pots handle came off. Nothing to worry about and we did not report it during the stay because it did not need immediate attention. We would definitely recommend this villa and Host2Coast. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you for a great vacation!

There seems to be an ant issue in the garden area. Couldn't stand long loading our car or the ants will get you. Something that needs to be addressed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

No carpet for flooring so that is a big plus. Nicely decorated. A little welcome gift was just the right touch. The coffee maker was missing the basket part and Mark came over right away with a brand new coffeemaker. It has a great view of the golf course and all rooms had lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. Being right next to the little creek... we could watch turtles and in the evening we could hear the crawdads sing. The location is the best for being quiet and yet a short bike ride to the beach, short walk to the pool and tennis courts. King bed and pillows were very comfy. We will be back and hope to stay here again.
