It was great for my small family. The unit had ample linens and towels. There was laundry detergent and dish washing supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. They have a full size coffee pot. The patio opens up to a lilly pad pond on the golf course. We saw several different eggerts and a green heron, along with ducks! My 6 year year old enjoyed the hundreds of turtles in the pond. It is a corner unit 13 steps from a small pool. Yes we counted!! The beach was a easy 7-10 min walk. There is a pedestrian overpass. There was also a tram that was readily available. No carts on the tram. The big resort pool was great! They showed a movie one night. We had dinner at the resort restaurant and it was good. We felt like we got a really good value. All the perks of the resort, without the price.

My family and i had a fantastic vacation here. It started off ruff but the property manager/owner made it right. We where given the wrong code for the entrance. The house keeping did not clean the room from the people that just left the property. We called him and he apologize for giving us the wrong code and for the condition that the condo was in. He had us go out to dinner on him while the house keeping came in and made the place spotless. It was a wonderful stay after that. The AC works great and beds slept well. The shower got very hot, the kitchen was well stocked.

Nothing was taken care of before check in ,we had to go to the office to try to get in to our place it took an hour and a half of calls to the host and working with the office to find us and get our parking pass and bracelets. Then when we got to the place late the floors were wet ,dishes in the dishwasher and linens were still in the washing machine. The place was not cleaned properly, we had to clean for a hour.we had to cover the sofa and love seat because they were so stained and dirty.After a very bad start we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Central location for all activities. Very clean and spacious for all guest. Owner is easy to work with.

We were in town for softball so we spent most of our time away. Thankfully, we had a golf course to entertain our little golfer as well. 12 and under play for free. Push cart $10 & golf cart rental is $20 per person. Beds were comfy to me and plenty of room for our family of 4. Some things could use updating and but that kind of stuff doesnt bother me. Big pool across the bridge. Small pool right out the door.

It was a great place to stay for the price. The villa itself could definitely use some updates, but overall we could not have picked a better spot. Beds were comfy, TVs came with roku, which we loved, we brought our own but were surprised to find it already on all the TVs. We were able to use the pool right next door to our villa and it was very seldom full, a lot of the time we had it to ourselves! The room was always cold on all the hot days! 2 things I would recommend, a mat Inside by the front door, the hallway gets awful slippery when wet, and the WiFi is difficult to use. We own our own business and needed to be able to work while there at times, but could not get on the WiFi, we just had to use our phone hotspots which weren’t the best. So definitely better WiFi or something you can use without downloading items on your device and needing an account. Overall, thanks for a great stay!

This Villa needs a lot of work. The reviews I read previously were correct that the carpet is very old & nasty. The floors throughout are pretty dirty. We had to wear shoes inside because our feet were turning black. I had read a reply in a previous review that carpet was to be replaced but it was not at our stay, which we just returned from 6/15. The living room coffee table was about to fall apart if you even touched it, much less used it. Many outlets were very old & wouldn’t hold anything plugged into it. The sink in the kitchen barely drained, just water. We did eventually have to call for maintenance which they came & worked on but it still never drained as it should’ve. The guest toilet often acted like it wouldn’t flush. The parking passes were constant trouble to try & get corrected. Going every day sometimes twice a day to the guard post to discuss the pass & they continued to tell us the Villa owner hadn’t settled it. Eventually my husband went to the welcome area & called the Villa owner, although Ray was nice and polite and often always answered messages & calls- things took many attempts before getting corrected. While at the welcome post my husband had his Villa band on, which apparently you need to wear while on property to use amenities, they told him he didn’t even have the right bands. We did let Ray know but never got fixed. Master toilet seat the males have to hold up while they urinate & broken towel rack taped with black tape to hold to wall.
