The property was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the layout and the owners were thoughtful in their games and equipment we could use. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

2 small hiccups. First...the key code was finicky. We had to call agency for assistance. Lock kept rebooting. Second...the sheets for bedding. We had to make all of our beds with linens provided when we arrived. The linens were spread throughout the bedrooms and we didn't have king size linens for king size bed. So we pieced together what we had to make it work. Both problems we experienced were 'servicing' issues not problems with the house/property.

My family and I loved everything about the house. It has everything and then more. The bedrooms were all a nice size. The open concept of the main floor was nice with ample seating all around.

In the bottom level of the house, the bathroom was left with a sink full of orange water, the bathtub was half full of just filthy water, there was sand left on the floor, the dirty comforter should have been replaced with a clean one and a dirty, used sheet was in the closet. The app was of no assistance so I called. Darrin from Vacasa and had a plumber come that night to fix the drains. He told me he would have a cleaning crew come out the next day, which I was going to request. Darrin had forgotten this and a lady came to clean the day after that. I understand plumbing issues but to just leave it like that without a call or note is not good business. It’s like they ran out of time and had to get out of there and did not finish cleaning at all downstairs. I have pictures if you can’t find them from when I sent them on our first day.

It was perfect for our group of parents looking for a place to stay while our kids were on their school field trip exploring the area. We had everything we needed in this beautiful, clean, spacious home. Location was great for the things we wanted to do. We hope to return in the summer months.

The location was excellent. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. The shady yard was wonderful. Plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing between excursions.

The dishwasher had a small leak…not new based on the discolored wooden kitchen floor. Noticed several large dust bunnies under the bed upstairs, but otherwise very clean.
