Neat space, great location. Suited our needs perfectly.

Over all good but concern with Safty hazard of no stairs to get out in case of fire.

This was an awesome place to spend the weekend. High ceiling. Exposed brick. Insanely comfortable furniture and beds. A lot of amazing bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My girlfriend and I were in the Oregon Senior Games and we needed a place to stay close to the venue. The location was perfect. When we walked in, the first impression was a "WOW". Easy parking, easy accessibility - the elevator made it very convenient. We had a safe place to keep our E-Bikes. The architecture was wonderful. Very quiet and comfortable. Every time we needed to contact Grady, he responded right away and was very helpful. Very enjoyable stay and we would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. Thank you Grady!

It was summer time, so most importantly, the A/C worked great. The place is in an old building above an eyelash salon or something, so our young kids had to be more quiet during the day. The place is pretty cool with high ceilings and lots of exposed brick. Comfy beds and couches. The owner/property manager is very good with communication. Our only minor complaints are no locks on the interior doors, no window shades, no mixing bowls, and no lock on the elevator door which our 2.5 year old got into, pushed the button to go down, and got stuck because she wasn't able to get herself out. She was okay, but very scared. Otherwise, we would stay here again.

Our family loved our time at Grady's loft! We were in town for OSU graduation & Corvallis gets INSANE with crowds. We were much happier just a few minutes away in Albany. Highly recommend! You are right in the middle of downtown Albany with many wonderful restaurants, a beautiful path by the river and the amazing restored carousel. We explored by foot and ate out at several restaurants (Brick & Mortar being our favorite). There were only 3 of us staying at the loft so we didn't use the bunkbeds on the 2nd floor at all. Our grown son found the pull out bed in the kitchen very comfortable (and without having to take the elevator upstairs to use the restroom overnight). As you've probably figured out already, this apartment is a little funky in its set up. We loved having the private elevator (how cool) but without easy bathroom access on the 2nd floor we tended to ignore that space. The beds were very comfortable, linens & towels upscale. Everything we needed for limited cooking, eating & laundry was there and worked well (including wifi). Our only wish would have been shades on the windows- the light coming in made sleeping in difficult. I know, a strange problem to have in Oregon. Overall we highly recommend Grady's flat- he was very responsive and communicative. Great host, great flat (as long as it suits your needs) and great location!

We spent two nights in the loft while in town for a family event. It’s an adorable and funky historic space, and much larger than it looks in the photos. Living area has comfy couches, cozy little fireplace, and smart TV. The King bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, and there is another huge room with a pool table and another TV. There are dramatic high ceilings with many ceiling fans. An elevator on the street level took us directly to the third floor loft. Great location to walk across the street to restaurants, coffee shops, and Monteith Park. Our host was available right away when we asked questions and the check in/out process and parking were super easy. Thanks for a great stay! :)

Lovely ,unique property very comfortable beds , great location close to many nice restaurants and bars. I would stay here again next time I’m in Albany. Window shades were not installed yet so light entering the apartment at night did cause some sleeping issues.
