The only thing was I think a 4 o'clock checking in is a bit late I did ask for earlier but I would have had to pay Also no teaspoons

The location was ideal for getting around Shrewsbury town centre as well as being close to riverside walks, bars and restaurants.

The steep stairs mean moving luggage is less easy than it could be, but really not a big issue.

Flies... Lots of flies but it was a hot weekend

Very small rooms Shower curtain very dirty Bad smell in the living room Could not open the front windows because of the outside noise Horrible terrasse unpractical because of pigeons’ feces Impossible to open the window at the back of the house because of the dirt of birds( even a dead bird) Very poor accessoires in the kitchen- no coffee machine

Central location and the cleanliness

The lack of parking would put me off staying again as it was a nightmare to find somewhere

Advert says - private parking, there is none this needs to be changed on the advert. As it is a central location it’s noisy at night it needs to be advertised as this. Woken many times by passers by on their way home after a boozy night out. Not enough toilet rolls- only there 2 nights and had to buy some.

Convenient location, all facilities we needed were provided. and Kyle was enormously helpful regarding communication and parking

It was not clear in the advertisement that free parking was not available. Our first communications with the general staff were most unhelpful. We had explained my only access to communication was through wifi, and there constant questions coming when I was unable to respond. Really difficult when we were due to arrive. People need to know there is free parking right outside between the hours of 6.00pm & 8.00am. We could have unloaded our luggage right outside and stayed there at no cost until 8.00am.
