Location and oceanview to the west are lovely.
Large well appointed kitchen and lounge room.
Upstairs bedroom is very comfortable
All areas of the house are very clean.
The second and third bedrooms are downstairs, have no opening windows and no airconditioning, so are quite hot. There is no internal staircase.
The washing machine is downstairs, and the dryer is upstairs , slightly inconvenient.
Dealing with the management company, MadeComfy, as well as booking.com is confusing.
I would not book this property again or any other property managed by MadeComfy.

We had wonderful stay at Oceanview, Very comfortable beds and set up. Well equip with everything we needed and the views were spectacular! Media room was an added bonus. All rooms were well set up everything was considered to make our stay comfortable.
OUR STAY WENT TOO QUICKLY!
A few maintenance issues, but we reported them and concerns were addressed promptly. To be honest I was not concerned about the issues but I didn't want to be blamed for them. Eg wobbly towel rack, broken flyscreen. Nothing that really effected our stay.

We loved the property, location, the view, would have been great if the backyard grass was cut as it was too high for the kids to play. We couldn't find any dishwashing tablets. Some Coffee pods would have been great

Shower in main bathroom didn’t work properly, it just needs a bit of maintenance to fix it

Location was great, we enjoyed the space, and the added bonus of a cinema room downstairs was fantastic.
The email from madecomfy.com had the incorrect code in it to get the keys. I had to call to find how to get in using the portal that I hadn't logged into yet.

Kitchen well equipped. Surprising to discover that you needed to use are external stairs to get to bedrooms two and three which are downstairs. Bathrooms large, very clean. Nice linen
A light at the top of the stairs is needed - can't see the door lock at night. Coffee pod machine but no pods supplied. Miles from a supermarket so not that helpful and price equivalent properties provide pods as a standard. 5 teabags not much for 4 guests staying 4 nights. No door on master bedroom which was a problem as there was a faulty light in hallway that flashed on and off during the nights.
