The location, the flat and the views. There are numerous bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance and being the centre of the city is itself a bonus.
The poor quality and broken fixtures and fittings, the convoluted way to obtain the keys, the miscommunications with the owners. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing experience that I would not like to repeat.

big rooms with every facility, conformable and a good place to chill with friends. The view outside the window is great, and the location is also great, not far from the railway station

Living space was nice and large.
I had originally booked 1 double and 2 singles but we has 2 doubles and a put you up bed which was not very comfortable and a bit of a squeeze in the bedroom.

Location fantastic - easy access on foot to city centre and joining city sightseeing bus tours etc.

Very clean, great location, great views, easy check in/ out process that suits arriving any time and very helpful owner who was easy to contact. We come home to glasgow every year and this will be our first choice next time.

The property was extremely comfortable and clean. The host was tentative and was ready to go beyond to ensure our stay was cosy!
Nothing major but could have simple things like a few welcome teabags and sugar, salt etc.
