This is a lovely family home, the bedroom is a good size, the bathroom is private, but external, but still right next to the room, it's also very good size, both extremely clean. There is a large kitchen downstairs, where you was allowed, to use the fridge, and microwave if you wanted to. You will find it very hard, to find a lady as polite, friendly, funny and hospitable as Michelle in this entire country, her family was all very nice people. Nice new build house, very quiet, Aldi & chip shop about 1 mile along the same road. Nice area and streets, town has a lot of shops and bus connections going many places.

Just simple things, no curtain on the tiny window, but the main one did have, i used a tiny towel to block the little overnight. No locks on door, which could worry people, if they have valuables, but after meeting the family, and chatting, they are highly trustworthy, honest, and very kind, wonderful people, so everything is safe and fine. Very low mobile signal on Three/Smarty in the entire area, extreme low data, and near non existent phone calls. These 2 "networks" are really poor everywhere between Nuneaton, through to Leicester and Loughborough as well. Try using a different network. Thank you for the stay, very nice to have met nice people on my travels.

Host was very nice, clean room and toilet, good value for money.

Bed was a bit on the springy side, pillows were very soft and flat, also quite loud until about 10.30pm so was a bit difficult to sleep, also would have liked a lock on the bedroom door as being alone I felt a little uneasy that anyone could come into the room as I was asleep.

There is a shared kitchen where you could prepare your breakfast. A kettle along with tea bags, coffee and milk is provided in the room which was very convenient to make a bed coffee in the morning

Parking and location excellent. Affable, friendly hosts, pleasant, roomy bedroom with various creature comforts. Clean and very presentable, Double bed very comfortable too. Beautifully furnished with lovely taste. Bathroom spot-less with again useful items to use as you would have in your own home. If only every private residence was like this who open or share their homes to strangers. Well done Michelle. THANK YOU.

Passing traffic noise can't be helped. The location is good, if windows are open, the noise can be heard but not otherwise.
