Petit-déjeuner buffet très bien. Du choix Déjeuner et diner très bien. Beaucoup de choix et plats locaux. Propreté très bien. Personnel sympa. Très belle piscine, mer proche et belle plage de l'hôtel. Chambre propre, faite tous les jours. Le seul hic les chambres auraient besoin d'une petite rénovation. Spa : massage, gommage, soins visage anti-âge le tout très bien. Manucure, pédicure moyen. Le hamman aurait besoin d'une rénovation. Personnel agréable.

Receptionists weren’t helpful, Check in took so long .

Unfortunately, the hotel receptionist arranged for an airport taxi for early morning at 5. They also confirmed to me. But I ended up waiting for the Taxi like half an hour and no Taxi showed up. The receptionist was not of great help but asked the outside security to look out on the street for a Taxi. I was very upset and worried that I will not make it to my flight. Luckily, a Taxi driver passed by the hotel at that early hour and the security person caught him and I made it to my flight. This is very unprofessional and unreliable by the hotel staff. Very disappointed!

Breakfast and dinner were decent not extraordinary.

location, great gym, clean and comfortable, really helpful lady on reception, lovely waiters in the dining roo

they ripped up all the carpets on the 2nd floor during our stay, they were using really pungent glue to lay the new underly and carpet that overpowered us in our room for 3 days giving us both headaches

I was charged for the ( safe box), room phone wasn't working,  no extension numbers list is available. food wasn't bad but not good enough.
