We really enjoyed our stay at the Treasure Island Beach House. It’s very cute, clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing good weather! We look forward to coming back sometime and will enjoy the beach toys!

Close to everything

The home was as described and shown in the pictures. The process to check in and out was very clear and communication was great. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and many activities.

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful visit! The home offered everything we needed! Easy walk to the beach (grateful for the wagon!) Spacious kitchen for dinners! All amenities we needed. Thank you!!

Property was as described and well stocked with stuff to take to the beach. The property had charm, fenced yard and parking for two cars. It is a 5 minute walk to the putting your stuff on the beach..... very convenient! Also close to John' Pass.... 10 minute walk. Loved that the house came with beach chairs and an umbrella and a cart for transport. It had some beach inflatables, but a couple of them did not hold air. There were extra towels for the beach and bathrooms and there was adequate laundry. Everything worked well and they supplied some games and movies. A couple light bulbs were out, the outside furniture was old and the chair rack that held the beach chairs came off the wall, but these are small issues compared to the house overall.

We loved this beach house. Too cute! Right across the street from the beach!

We used to live here and had 2 pharmacies on the beach. This trip was to visit my brother and to have a look at old haunts. The beach house was perfect! We visited every place we wanted to see and ate grouper and peel and eat shrimp. The house was seamless. Easy access and very comfortable. Thanks for providing such a cool home base for us.

The home was clean, spacious and had a nicely landscaped private back patio. The location was located on a quiet street conveniently near the beach, stores and restaurants.

Very nice property. Our pups enjoyed the fenced back yard and the walks in this quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the beach and short drive to St. Pete Beach to visit with family. The owners were easy to reach and helpful when needed. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our time on Treasure Island. The house was as advertised and location to beach is about 5 min walk. House has good space and accommodated us well. We had 6 in the group. 4 adults, 2 children.

This little house had everything we needed and is located within walking distance from a beautiful public beach. Lovely private yard/patio area, great kitchen, a closet full of beach gear. We stayed here with a family of 5 but would also be perfect for couples given the separate and large bedroom areas. Great communication with host as well.

We absolutely loved this house and location. There was plenty of room. It was quiet, comfy and close to St. John's Bay. We walked each morning and took an Uber at night or during the day, depending on what we were doing, even though we had our own vehicle. The beach access across the street was ideal and sunsets beautiful. Kim and Jerry were very accommodating and apologized for the interruption of putting in a washer/dryer while we were there, but not really there. They came and stayed to monitor the delivery while we were out. We appreciated this! I would highly recommend this cute house and location, and we would definitely stay again.

Our family had a very nice few days together in this property. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to bring our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the fenced yard. The beautiful beach is a quick walk across the street.

Kim and Jerry were excellent hosts! Very accommodating and communicative. The house was perfect for the four of us. Well equipped, spacious, private, well located, and comfortable beds! The beach is spectacular. We highly recommend. Thank you Kim and Jerry for making our get away so special! We hope to return.

Went here with my sister for a little birthday celebration. The house was clean and very convenient to everything.

We had a fabulous stay, great communication with the property owners. Very cute and spacious two bed two bath, worked perfectly for us (2 adults, 1 teenager & 2 pups) loved the outdoor space. Just a short walk to the beach. We ended up renting a golf cart and it was perfect for going over to John's Pass and other restaurants in the area. Highly recommend, and we will be back in the future. Thank you so much for providing such a great place.

Overall, we enjoyed our rental experience and would recommend it to others. What I liked best was the house is spacious, in a great location, and a good price. Some of the issues/inconveniences we experienced were: (1) The owner notified us right away of an issue with the keyless entry and directed us to the extra key, which had to be used to lock the door every time we left and after the first couple days we had to use it to unlock the door most times too. (You also have to keep door locked while home because it keeps beeping if left unlocked). (2) Dishes were left in the dishwasher by previous renter or cleaner that I had to put up on first day and I rewashed some that weren’t very clean. (3) One of the bathroom toilets was messed up upon check-in but the owner had someone out the next day to fix it. (4) The faucet in the kitchen had hardly any pressure so we filled a pitcher with water from bathtub to wash/rinse dishes. (5) The cleaner showed up about an hour before check-out to clean so we ended up leaving an hour earlier than planned. Now on to some of the pros in addition to being spacious and in a good location. *The beds were comfortable. *We used several of the beach items in the closet: beach cart, chairs, cooler, umbrella, and sand toys. *We watched Netflix on the living room tv and played a game from the stash in the closet. *The back yard provided the perfect space to air dry towels and swim suits. *We enjoyed having the outside shower head and hose to rinse off with before going inside after time at the beach.

Great little property, amazing location just a short walk to the beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 1 baby and had lots of room to set up the babies pack and play. Kitchen had everything we needed and a Publix is right down the road. We had a great stay with family.

The house is super cute has extra supplies that you may of forgotten such as beach stuff, condiments. Did have a few issues with the water pressure on the bathroom and sink and the owners had a plumber out there right away they were very efficient. The only complaint would be the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and the lock pad didn’t work to relock. Other than that the house was a perfect place for a beach weekend getaway for my birthday.

We have absolutely loved staying at this location! They have everything you need for the beach while on vacation. We loved how close the house was to the beach and John’s Pass. Our family walked everywhere. The beach house is cozy and very clean. One night our family stayed in after a day at the beach playing games found in the house. The backyard is a beach oasis. There is an outside shower perfect for spraying off the sand. The host was communicative and made sure we were all taken care of. We will definitely be staying here again!

What a cute house. The rooms are spacious and the back yard is a nice little oasis. A huge plus was the proximity to the beach which let each of us move at our own pace. I walked to the beach early mornings and the others could sleep in and meet up for a swim later.
