The house was great we had a wonderful week end

The property was great our dog Ansel loved hanging out in the backyard enjoying the cool fresh air. The host is awesome very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient to downtown Bristol VA/TN. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice home away from home. This was my second stay here and enjoy it every time Jerry is easy to work with and really cares to make your visit pleasant.

What a fun place to stay. We didn't give it a 5 star because there were only 3-4 of each utensil, plate, coffee cup, drinking glass, etc. Not one plastic cup for us to take something to drink outside if we wanted. The kitchen was not stocked for staying in to cook. If you like dining out, etc. this was a perfect home. If you were to use any of the plates, bowls or utensils in the morning, you'd have to wash them again in the evening. The couch wasn't super comfortable. It felt 'thin' and was definitely not for lounging in. My husband and I literally just sat next to each other, upright. Kind of funny actually. These are minor details. The house is a great location and is well priced for the value. We would recommend it to friends who don't spend any time at the rental properties they rent or dine in.

My husband and I decided to take a trip together for my work without the hassle of hotels check ins eating out. Oh we were surprised this is a jewel that is hidden and no one knows. We enjoyed an hour at the casino so luch fun to get away from work for a bit. Kitchen is so nice and not to mention i lost my husband to the arcade game until 2am. We will be back and my place to stay when working my territory. This is 5 stars nothing missed here.

We had a great stay! It was nice being so close to everything. Place was decorated so nicely and was very clean. We appreciate that it is pet-friendly with a large fenced in yard. 👍 We had everything we needed here.

Enjoyed myself so much! Wish there were more comfy places to sit though. My son and his wife came by and there is only the tiny sofa and a single chair to sit. My DIL sat on one of the barstools and they were solid wood and not very comfortable. The house is so cute. Super clean. Kudos to the artist that painted the mural. Love that! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!!

Very cute house that was nicely furnished. It had everything we needed for our weekend. Close to State St. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay.awesome backyard and cozy.

Everything was as expected and very clean. Having a fenced in yard was a welcome feature with a dog and toddler.

We enjoyed it very much. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but he has it set up that your all tucked in a fenced yard. It was perfect. Our dog could run and play without any danger. Highly recommend.

This location was so convenient. You are so close to the casino and pretty close to the speedway. The house was clean with a nice fenced in yard. It was perfect for a couples weekend away. The property manager was also super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Would give more stars if I was able to actually able to stay on the property. I booked the rental for one night because I needed somewhere for my bridal party to get ready the day of my ceremony. I wasn’t told until the day of my booking (mind you, this is also my wedding day) that the property had somehow been double booked. On top of trying to prepare for my wedding, I had to find a new place for 10 people to go. Not at all what I imagined, I’m not even sure how that happens? I had to contact the owners myself to even find out this happened. They never contacted me until after the fact. Very unfortunate.

The beds are comfortable. Slept like a rock. Had a lot of fun playing the arcade game.

Easy in and out with a fun retro arcade game surprise in the house. This is a drive down to State Street away from the action but tucked in a neighborhood for restful sleep

The house is adorable. Loved the outside furniture on the back porch where we spent most of our time. Loved the fenced yard for the dog to be off lease. Washer and dryer was nice with a toddler potty training. I enjoyed it close to parks we visited. Keyless entry was nice, I was given the code to get in thru the app, we message thru the app and he responded right away. Wonderful place!! Definitely will stay again!

Easy, quick, and on-point communication. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and fit for purpose. The home is not far from the best of Bristol.The large back yard with a great tree/back porch are a nice feature, as was the video game! (The back yard gate needs an inside latch, esp since you may, like we did, bring a dog and when the wind blew it open he visited the neighbors. Latched it from the outside thereafter. The driveway was a bit of a challenge for a sedan. We hit bottom driving out.) Overall, a good place to stay, and the host is professional and ready for business.

The place is great. They put a lot into remodeling the place and it shows. The owner was quick to respond and very friendly. Our little 10lb dog really loved running around in the fenced in back yard, off his leash! We also checked out the Blackbird Bakery at the owner’s recommendation and we highly agree, it’s great! We give the Hard Rock Bnb 5 stars, would highly recommend!
