Location not close to metro “Shared room” not clean Feel like we were double charged

The location was great

Honesty, we never stepped inside the home. Several days prior to our arrival I realized that I had booked our stay accidentally in a private residence. My husband and I decided to make the best of my mistake and view the experience as an opportunity to me people local to Rockville. We arrived to the neighborhood of the home and we're thrilled because of the location. However, the outside of the home was poorly kept. Consequently, we opted to look for other accomodations. I'm including several photos.

The hosts are nice and gentle. The location is really good close to Rockville downtown and many good restaurants.

There is a rude roommate who even makes phone calls by 10:30pm and talks loudly at night in the living room. This person is not educated and civilized at all! The bed is not good. As long as you move in the bed, it makes noise. The bed really needs fixing.

Perfect area! Very close to Rockville downtown and the many tasty restaurants! The host is nice and the room is very clean. I happen to meet theri big cute dog and had fun with it.

The neighboring roommate is awful...Who would do laundry on Sunday 6 AM without any considerations of the existence of another guest. Also, he slamed the bathroom door very hard, making noise during mid-night. That's the only pitfall I encountered during my stay.

They never answered the door ☹️ I called multiple times and the lady kept saying it was the wrong number but it was the number on the reservation confirmation. I also knocked and rang the door bell multiple times and nothing. it really ruined my Sunday plans 😔

the room was good for a one night rest, quiet and bed was comfortable.

didn’t find towel in the beginning.
