The staff was incredibly nice! Keira, working the front desk was exceptionally nice and made our stay wonderful from the moment we walked in!

I like the location of the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't so interesting! I did purchase breakfast fromm the restaurant. it was just okay!

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

The front dedk doesn't seem to be staffed adequately, or there needs to be an alternate way to pay for snacks. I had to stand in line 10 minutes to pay for snacks. The breakfast was not included. For 164.00 a night, a customer should get breakfast. The breakfast offered nothing more than the free breakfasts at other hotels I stay at.

I liked that it was new, very clean, and very friendly and helpful staff.

I do not like the fact that I never received my $50.00 deposit back! It has been a month, I've called 3 times with no resolution. I would like my money returned. That is the only issue I have.

The room was very nice, seemed to be clean and fresh. There were provided soap and shampoo/conditioner options. Hotel was accommodating with the restaurant inside and breakfast options.

I didn't like the fact that the GM attempted to complete the transaction for the stay prior to check-in, I reserved the room with the option to pay at check-in. He attempted to generate a payment hours prior to check-in, 3 different amounts! Fortunately I used a pre-paid card, there purposely wasn't enough funds on it for this reason, because I was using that card to complete the reservation only. Unacceptable communication to the fact, he didn't attempt to call/email, which I'm sure was included with the reservation. I received a notification from the prepaid card app, so I called the hotel to find out why that was happening, I was told that the hotel was booking up and they were trying to keep my reservation instead of declining it. I'm not sure where the breakdown happens with The Holiday Inn & Suites and booking.com, but why allow an option to pay at check-in if hotels are gonna do this? I do not appreciate this way of doing business, it lacks integrity! Also, 189.00/night seems kind of high, its not downtown...lol

The hotel and staff were amazing. Unfortunatly we were waken by loud noise in the middle of the night continuing for over an hour. Other that that our stay was great

Terrible continental breakfast

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms that are clean, have comfortable beds and pillows, all amenities that you would need while away from home. We were there for a conference that was 15 minutes away and there were many options to get dinner ( Nobu is excellent and right next door). When we stayed it was quiet, comfortable and we met lots of great people. Plenty of parking which is appreciated.

The grab and go breakfast could be a little hardier. Maybe biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon fruit.
