Clean, respectful staff, location
Breakfast was very good, but staff did not keep enough available for the amount of people eating.

jacuzzi was not working. First room we checked into was awful smelled like smoke and Tv was not working correctly. we were moved to another room, which was ok. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. my kids heads were unsupported due to the big gap at the head of the mattress and the jump in the matress.

The front desk people were very nice
The cleanliness was off. Bugs in my bed. Did not come clean our room had to ask for towels no empty ingredients of trash.. I paid good money for almost nothing. And the bed gave me a backache

Room was filthy. Service at counter was RUDE. No MICROWAVE in rooms -- ANYWHERE!!! They smart-a$$ front desk representative said they had one in the corner in the lobby for THE ENTIRE HOTEL!!!!! What a piece of CRAP hotel.

Lights didn't work in our bathroom, making it very difficult to do anything in there.

The breakfast was great simply because they had a good selection of everything you could think of. The room and eating area was also clean. Check in/out was quick and easy.
We got the room with the jetted tub and some type of piece of sponge was left in one of the jets and not all the jets worked.

They didn’t have coffee the first mornings stay for breakfast. The dark roast coffee was extremely weak the second morning as if it were rationed

All staff and other facilities were great. No other issues to report, was a little on the expensive side but it's understandable.
The water was not very hot. Even when turned all the way up, would turn from lukewarm to cooler and back and forth.
