The whole house was so beautiful and very close to the beach

No WiFi!! The WiFi didn’t work at all

Inside is clean.

Location, location, location. Nearby is an adult nightclub, bikers club, run down motel, etc. And there is no grace period for refunds. I filtered a specific location and this came up but it is not in that location. These travel apps are the wild west now. No overseeing, no upfront pricing, and very selective photos. Many of these property management companies have made it an art form ripping people off and the apps only care about their fees. Too easy to get screwed using these apps nowadays.

Pet friendly, available on short notice, good lication for our needs.

Baths, beds, kitcgen clean but floors, carpets NOT clean. Glass topped tables dusty and smeared. Broken glass on porch, dust bunnies of animal hair under furniture looked like no one had neen there in a while. And there was no reason to deny us early check in. Obvious that no one had been there ... amd we just had to sit in the drive until you would allow access.

The property was clean inside and out and had lots of space. They also offer complementary coffee pods, hygiene products, and extra blankets and towels, beach chairs, and other supplies!

There was lots of sand in the laundry room upon arrival

Great location. Perfect place for a beach getaway.

The deadbolt on the door went into the wooden door frame, not into a secure catch. Recommend looking into this as it could be a security problem (it appears that someone could just kick the door in).

Location was great. Come with lots of amenities for the beach and it was pet friendly with no pet fee!

The house was not clean when we arrived - hair balls on the floor, hair and crumbs under couch cushions. Air return for air conditions unit was covered in grime that appeared to be nicotine stains. Spider webs in the windows -with spiders. Realty company was not helpful at all. We contacted them shortly after we arrived and told them we would not be staying there due ti the unacceptable conditions. We asked them to relocate us. They said they would call back in 15 minutes. After waiting an hour for a return call, we called them back to see what was going on. Again they stalled us and promised to call back in the next 2 hours. Never heard from them again. We ended upon staying at the Holiday Inn in South Myrtle beach. pretty much ruined the entire stay. I've made several attempts since then to Get a refund from the realty company. Each time I tried I got the same thing - "we're very sorry about your experience. We will be looking into this. We'll call you back". I never received a call back. Each time I had to call back myself and speak to a new representative and explain the whole story over again. I finally got a call back after my last call and they left a message to inform me that they had refunded the booking fee - 135 dollars. Not enough to satisfy me. I would not recommend staying at this residence nor would I recommend booking with Vacasa. Their customer service is terrible.
