Perfect location, amazing view and the staff both at the hotel and the cafe were very kind and helpful

The room was not clean when we checked in. The interior was dated and lots of things were broken like the cupboards and the water tap. It is a real shame as the hotel has the best view and location on the island.

The fridge cupboard door off hinge didn’t work. No information on how the light switches worked, they were very modern. You couldn’t just switch them on

Location and Staff was EXCEPTIONAL ! I really loved all the people working on this hotel and they were more than helpful. You are very lucky to have excellent employees Change policies and fix facilities to make it the best hotel to be. All you need to add is some Love for tourism!

Breakfast was not good at all they charged extra for the cappuccino and there was nothing Hot. The Flush was broken so for 2 days we had no flush.

Excellent location and wonderful staff The owner really cares a lot of things were not as it was supposed to be but having people that care and want to do their best is what really matters in the end

the view from the double aspect windows was superb, room was large, comfortable bed, friendly staff, so close to ferry and sea and town.

The room was dated and the beds were uncomfortable. In the bathroom the shower was hand held which was completely impractical. For roughly £100 per night I would expect at the very least the shower head to have the option of being in a shower holder/shower slider rail. I also thought it was unacceptable that the hotel was unaware we had already paid via booking.com. I showed confirmation of this on both my booking.com app and my email, however the staff member was not interested and caused us unnecessary stress by suggesting we would need to re pay. Thankfully she contacted another staff member who confirmed we had paid, however this waiting around caused us anxiety we didn’t need, especially as we had a ferry to catch, which I did make the staff member aware of. This should have been a quick check out but unfortunately it only added to the endless list of problems we found with the accommodation. I was extremely disappointed as every other accommodation we have stayed in while in Greece has been cheaper and a lot more value for money.

Right on the shores of the harbour 200 metres walk to a seamless check in. very friendly staff and a comfortable room with a view of the harbour. They made accommodations for us to leave our rental quads in a safe place and then open the gate early so we could go fishing. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Quite a beautiful island and an awesome stay.
