Place was better than expected… would definitely recommend and book it again!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! It was clean, dog friendly, warm, welcoming and close to everything we wanted to do. This home really sets the standard for all other rentals. The joy of this home was found in the small details….extra pillows and blankets, really comfortable beds and bedding, the doggie door, the safe and enclosed yard, and the window panes on the balcony so you can see your dogs and kids in the yard. Not to mention, the house was IMMACULATE! Not one spider or crawler (which is hard to do in the mountains). Would 100% stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The handle on the screen door to the deck is broken and the edges are sharp so this needs to be fixed immediately. Also, the lot next door has started on its project, so we had to listen to chainsaws cutting trees in the morning which took away from our peace and quiet. However, we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and enjoying the beautiful views. This is a home we would come back to!

Just to address it, this is a beautiful big lake house -it is gorgeous. My rating comes from my experience, as it's listed as a family place /has beds for kids and toys and such, I feel I must point out a few things: 1)the guard rail on the back deck is weak and wiggles a lot 2) we found a sharp chunk of glass on the floor on the entryway 3) almost all of the chain locks were broken and some of the door handles were in poor shape 4) I contacted Vacasa about needing the code for the alarm system that started going off (I think it tried to arm but it had a zone issue we couldn't ever locate) but I never heard back from them on it. The code was on the Vacasa site, but I didn't find that out until we checked out, from the link they sent for us to check out. I should've checked out the Vacasa site. Side note: the ceiling fan in the master bedroom shakes so badly we didn't want to use the fan in case it fell. Someone who lived there with it could claim it always does that and it's secure, but as a guest I couldn't be familiar with it enough to know for sure. Overall though, LOVELY house, the fussball table was so fun that we want our own now, the deck and view were absolutely beautiful and so nice to frequent. The town is adorable and loved the downtown area, the neighborhood was way quieter than I am used to. By the way if those issues above were fixed, we would love to visit again next year and potentially with our children too this time so, hope to see this place soar!

Great directions, really clean inside, comfortable beds, and we had anything inside that we needed. Definitely would stay there again.

The house is big, super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped to host a few dozen people and cook up a storm! Only downside is that the house doesn't come with a permit to access the lake so not much to do on a very hot day. Management company were very communicative. Great place!

This was our second stay at the property. One of the best in lake arrowhead for a few reasons I my opinion. Driveway is very flat and easy to enter, home is largely single story which my family prefers with our 2 young children. Huge bright windows and open space inside. My children love the toys there and my 3yo always is asking to go back. Super clean house, great location.

We loved staying here! It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. They even had some holiday decorations up, adding to the charm. Can’t wait to stay again!

We love this cabin! This is our 2nd year staying here for Thanksgiving. Very impressed with how clean this place is. Especially being pet friendly! We love how the kitchen opens to the great room and everyone can be together. The massive windows allow for an amazing view, and the fireplace makes it warm and cozy. Fun foosball table that we played often. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We had family photos taken while we were in the area and the master bath was great to get ready in. Nice bright lighting, a convenient make up mirror and a good quality blow dryer! Cabin is located close to Lake arrowhead Village which has everything you need. Stater brothers, CVS, and lots of great places to eat! Absolutely recommend this place!

This is a comfortable, clean, and well appointed mountain home close to Lake Arrowhead Village. Very restful and pleasant for fall colors, which we enjoyed for an entire week. Appreciated attention to detail, including welcoming bottle of wine and dog blanket! You will need to plan to use your streaming apps for the television, which was not clear to us ahead of time, based on the Vacasa web link. Also, external trash bins were almost all full--fortunately we saw the trash trucks coming and were able to put the trash cans out in time to get them emptied.

I usually don't write reviews but I have to with this one. The cabin was absolutely spectacular. If we didn't venture out and instead stayed the whole weekend inside the cabin, that would have been a perfect vacation in itself. The cabin is warm, homey, and CLEAN. It has so many useful amenities including a Tesla charger and washer and dryer. Plenty of room for 4+ guests. While we don't have a dog, it's very dog friendly and has a wonderful fenced-in yard. I would love to go back again - just for the cabin! Thank you for such a great experience!!

Although this house was beautiful, you can’t get to it in a snowstorm without a four wheel vehicle and snow tires. This street is not plowed during a snowstorm and is inaccessible.We were sitting in the driveway as the storm started at 2:00pm, but had been denied early entry-so we went down to the town center to kill two hours until 4:00 when we could check in.When we attempted to return to the property, we could not get back up the road to the property. A neighbor pulled us out of the road and allowed us to park in his driveway. He gave us a ride to the property over a mile from his house.We were without our vehicles and a majority of our belongings until late The second day.The Turnkey Management Company was unsympathetic to our situation and really seemed unfamiliar with the property and the hazards associated with this rental in general.This was our worst trip ever!

Property was wonderful. Turnkey has 10am check out, $40 for late checkout, if available. Not very customer friendly. Tree views from all windows, quiet, Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, quality patio furniture and bbq.

When staying away from home you expect to need something...this home is clean, well stocked with Quality linens, and plenty of them. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of place settings, cups, glasses, wine glasses, small kitchen appliances and pots and pans. Views are wonderful, windows allow 180 degree view...feeling like you are in a tree house. Definitely will be a return visitor.

The perfect location for 10 days in the local mountains. Easy, level and protected parking for 3 cars and an excellent 2 + 2 home with high end appointments, a huge Great Room and multiple decks. Convenient Cedar Glen location on a fenced lot with no immediate neighbors… Forest and water (Papoose Lake) views. A few burned out bulbs but the home was beautifully furnished, VERY clean and dog friendly. Local Vacasa support came out to change bulbs and delivered bbq propane, very efficient. Would recommend highly!!!

The house had everything we needed to the detail Kitchen had everything I needed to cook The towels were plush, big windows, the back view was beautiful. We even saw the lake one the back patio. Weather was a bit hot and couldn’t get the air conditioner to start. We’ll come back

Beautiful Home! Not your typical rental property and especially one that allows good dogs. Great beds, fabulous sheets, beautiful views and great location! We could have stayed months not just 3 weeks! Set up to relax or entertain this home has everything. Great towels, all the dishes and glassware one could ask for. Very clean !!

Nicely appointed with tasteful furniture and decorative touches. The kitchen is well organized with lovely decks for outdoor eating or quiet meditation. Clean and comfortable with a sense of spaciousness, we felt very much at home in the lovey property.

The only hiccup we had was not being able to start the fire pit outside. For some reason kept getting shocked. Not a big deal & never contacted anyone regarding the trouble. Overall absolutely enjoyed our stay & was sad to leave. Nice close get away from the south OC. We would definitely book this house again.

We absolutely loved the home, it was very clean and had everything we needed to make a perfect weekend getaway. We took our dog and it was great to find a dog park just up the street. The balcony allows you to relax, with view of the dam and see beautiful wildlife. The Neighbors were very friendly as well. There were a few things that could be fixed, 1) The A/C in the master bedroom made a loud noise, so we had to keep the bedroom window open, that goodness the weather permitted, the propane tanks on the deck for BBQ were a little low, we had to use the same one to grill and light up the fire pit. The Patio furniture is a bit worn out and not clean, the kitchen fridge wasn't getting cold enough, yet didn't spoil our food, so all in all it was good.
