This is an amazing home!!! Absolutely beautiful decor, every amenity imaginable and a gorgeous fully appointed kitchen that made dining in a pleasure! We had a wonderful stay on our trip in Vilano Beach and Coastal Sol was the icing on the cake! Super comfortable for a large family, upgraded bedding, linens, cookware, etc. Cozy fire pit area, Weber grill and a garage full of games! The addition of the pool is an added bonus even when you're just blocks from the beach! The best of both worlds. Great restaurants, grocery store and entertainment all so convenient as well. Highly recommend!!!

Cost Sol is a beautiful home with great amenities for everyone. The location was also perfect for walks to the beach and a quick drive to downtown. We can't recommend Elite Vacation rentals high enough for their professionalism and assistance prior to and throughout our stay.

The property was true to the listing. The house was nicely decorated and well stocked with all needed items. Booking the property was flawless. We would definitely stay again in the future.

The house and garage apartment were beyond expectation and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was very well supplied for all our cooking needs, far exceeding the usual rental. We enjoyed the open floor plan downstairs. The space lacks for nothing. We never unpacked our games spending evenings in the garage playing ping pong or in the relaxing backyard playing bag toss. We are an extended family with plenty of room and privacy for couples and pull out couch for a small child. I will happily return to the property. The only down side is crossing A1A to access the beach. The path is very narrow. We did enjoy the kayak and board by driving to the beach public parking. The access to the intracoastal was under construction during our stay. This is an outstanding property.

This event was a somber occasion for our family. We stayed at this property while we attended a funeral. This house provided ample space. The house was large enough for us to come together and talk as well as alone time. Beautiful property! Would love to rebook in future for a more “fun” filled vacation.

This home was amazing for our family/extended family. The kids loved hanging out in the garage and outside, and it was so nice for us to be able to give the apartment upstairs to my brother and his son, who aren’t around kids as much and might have wanted some peace and quiet on occasion. :) Hands down, this was the most well-stocked kitchen I’ve been in and that refrigerator/freezer combo are what dreams are made of! This made hosting fun for everyone. Better than the pictures, we would definitely come back!

The house is new and really well appointed. The location is good and an easy walk to the beach and intercoastal. We did have some issues that luckily did not ruin our stay. The Nespresso machine in the main house was not operational but luckily there was another machine. I would also suggest that the owners work on dampening the sound of the AC units it next to the house it makes it difficult to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. Also, not having a gas grill was a bit of inconvenience for our large group though we managed OK with the charcoal one provided. We would consider staying again.

WOW! What a BEAUTIFUL vacation property! It was like walking into a resort villa with how meticulously cleaned, stocked and professionally decorated it was. There are so many well thought out extras to make your trip feel even more special such as the personalized robes in each room, beach tote and umbrellas by the front door and game room in the garage! The location is perfect with the beach just 2 blocks down on the right and Intracoastal waterway 1 block to the left. We had so much fun kayaking and paddle boarding on the intracoastal with the provided equipment as it’s nice and calm along there. Even spotted dolphins and jellyfish. Highly recommend walking down there for sunset each night as the colors and view are incredible! We ate dinner one night at Cap's, just one mile north of the home which has incredible sunset views over the intracoastal and tranquil outdoor dining. Downtown Saint Augustine is just a few minutes drive and has tons to offer. Make sure to walk through the historic district and have dinner at River and Fort followed by a drink at Prohibition Kitchen. Kids loved touring the Fountain of youth and the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Overall this has to have been our best Vrbo experience to date as the property was even better than described. I have to give kudos to the property managers as well, Rachel and Amy provided top notch service! They quickly responded to all of our questions and were friendly and accommodating, made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. They even offered a grocery stocking service so we could get our vacation started right away without having to spend time shopping! I highly recommend future guests take advantage of the extra concierge services they offer. We are so grateful for such an incredible stay and can’t wait to come back next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this property in VIlano Beach. It was very well stocked and clean. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and kayaks in the intracoastal waterway which was a block away. Beach was also a short walk. Proximity to St. Augustine was also great. Would stay here again.

Property is in mint condition. All furnishings and linens and kitchen appliances / utensils are top quality. It was a great house for a large group. Easy walk to beach (a few blocks) but we drove 1 car to take cooler and chairs. There is a gravel parking lot where you access the walkway to the beach. Overall, great property!

Golf group spent a long weekend here and it was perfect for the 6 of us. Lots of room to spread out and the attention to little details made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

There are so many great things we loved about this home!.. perfect for large groups of all ages, plenty of entertaining things to do around the house, or if you choose to leave, it’s only about 10 minutes to downtown and a short walk to the beach! This home had everything and anything you could think of, was Very Clean and they were so prompt to respond with any questions we had! Would definitely rent again!
