Very friendly and helpful staff. My birthday fall in one of the days of my stay and when I arrived in the room I had a lovely surprise. They left a bottle of champagne for me. The facilities are excellent but it is really the staff who makes the difference. Always willing to help, smiling and making you feel like home.

Lovely friendly staff

One of the friendliest, most effectively run and comfortable hotels I have stayed in. The location is unbeatable. Whether you want to enjoy pulpo at Yerno in the Mercado, wander around the old town, walk to the seaside and beach, take a train, bus or metro ride to see sights farther away, or shop at El Corte Ingles - all is nearby. We stayed in a junior suite for 20 days and invariably our suite was clean and fully stocked, when we needed it to be. The hotel is as new. The rooms looked to be of a good size and comfortable too.

The roof top restaurant would benefit from a remodeling. The indoor space is too cold and drafty in colder months and lacks the ambiance of the rest of the hotel. The downstairs bar could have more of a coffee shop vibe before 6pm. This did not disturb us, because there are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but these facilities could attract more custom wiith minor tweaks.

Fantastic new hotel right in the centre of Malaga within easy walking distance of the old town bars and restaurants and the Malaga Port area. This is the second H10 hotel that I’ve stayed at in the last couple of months from and H10 Croma Malaga didn’t disappoint! From the double height lobby, the warm welcome with the glass of cava the hotel was clean, modern with very attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, fantastic rainfall shower and the tiled balcony just like the old photos. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The rooftop bar was the icing on the cake with lots of seating, a great bar service and very relaxed vibes particularly from the DJ that kept guests entertained on the Sunday evening. Whilst we weren’t brave enough to try the pool in 20 degree heat it was a nice feature to have. The gym, although small was quite adequate and the breakfast buffet plentiful with a nice selection of eggs, omelettes and crepes made to order. Very attentive staff, even in the busy rooftop bar and the birthday bottle of cava to the hotel really personalised the visit - THANK YOU for a memorable stay!

Thank you very much for wonderful stay. Perfect buffet breakfast, plus you can order omlet, fried eggs or even churras made individually for you. Staff service just incredible, always smiling and ready to help at the reception and breakfast room. Room nice and clean, location of the hotel is just perfect, You can reach any place in the center by foot.

Absolutely brilliant city hotel. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional. The rooftop bar is an absolute gem and we felt so lucky to have found it. The perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing or to watch the sunset. Housekeeping excellent.

In nächster Umgebung des Hotels ist die Alt/Innenstadt mit außergewöhnlichen Gastroangebot einschliesslich der individuellen Frühstückswünsche. Wir (einschliesslich die weiteren Mitglieder unsere Gruppe) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Roof Top Bar mit gutem Gastro Angebot

Die Liegestühle auf der Roof Top Bar sind für ältere Semester unbequem.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, große Auswahl, frische Waren und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Lage ist sehr nah an der Altstadt und gut zu erreichen.

Ablage und Handtuchstange im Bad. Der Tipp Handtücher öfter zu verwenden läuft ins leere, wenn man nasse Handtücher nicht trocknen kann. Eine zweite Kofferablage wäre schön.

Personal extrem freundlich, sehr sauber alles, gutes Frühstück und die Roof Top Bar sehr schön, Innenstadt alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand etwas weiter weg aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen (Auto 5 min und Parken im Muelle Uno Parkhaus)

Pool mit 70cm zu niedrig und eher klein weil Roof Top Bar tagsüber sehr voll (fast nie ein Liegeplatz frei, waren Anfang September dort), Zimmer 115 Familienzimmer Lage schlecht weil a) kein Balkon und b) direkt neben Fitnessraum und das hört man besonders morgens, Nicht auf jedem Zimmer ein Wasserkocher

We loved this hotel. We were here for 5 days over the Christmas period. The city was very crowded and the roof top bar was just the antidote. We enjoyed it every day, sometimes more than once a day! The staff is great. Love the front desk people. We had rented a car and this hotel was a dream for that. We were able to come and go as we pleased easily.

The roof top bar servers need to be a little more attentive to the customers. We had to go find them every time we wanted something. But once we asked, they were prompt in their service.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, spacious and has lots of storage. Good variety at the breakfast too. We wish we could stay longer!

Everything was good but if I complain about something, it will be about few itens on the breakfast. The tortilla was uncooked and cold, very unpleasant, as we were in Spain I was expecting to have a good one! But overall they have a good variety of everything.

Amazing hotel, I would stay there again easily. Facilities were great, breakfast was excellent with many choices and à la carte options. Great rooftop with lots of choices and amazing view. Very recommended.

Nothing to complain about!

Had a continental breakfast which was really nice, big portion and was unable to finish it. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was very nice, staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. If you wanted, room was cleaned immaculatlely, towels changed and complimentary water/tea/coffee replacedn daily. Didnt tell the staff but somehow knew it my birthday, came back to my room to find a bottle of bubbly. Lovely surprise

Price I paid for the room per night should have included breakfast, rather expensive. This option wasnt even available during booking.

The interior design of the hotel is amazing! Staff very nice and bed very comfortable. Very convenient location, in the city center and so close to the market and everything.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis Bar/ Restaurant. Bei der Ankunft herzliche Begrüßung mit einem Glas Cava und es wird umgehend Hilfe beim Transport vom Gepäck angeboten. Toller Service und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Zimmer sind gut und gemütlich ausgestattet. Bad mit toller Regendusche, hochwertige Materialien und Rituals Pflegeprodukte. Der Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln(mit Polster) lädt zum verweilen ein. Sehr schönes Design mit den gekachelten Fliesen. Kaffe und zwei Flaschen Wasser stehen jeden Tag neu zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank nochmals an das Gesamte Team.

Einzig etwas störend war wenn die Zimmertüren mit lautem Knall ins Schloss fallen. Da hat aber auch jeder ein anderes Empfinden.
