Everything was great

I didn’t have an envelope with my key cards when I arrived

Check in was easy the pools were nice and the staff was friendly.

The condo was not clean at all the floors were clearly not mopped and turning our feet black! Long hairs on the shower wall. Tables needed better dusting.

the prince resort and their staff are awesome. have stayed here many years booking direct with the resort.

Vacasa rental company is horrible. if you want to stay at the prince book direct. Vacasa was over 20 minutes out of the way from the prince. no parking deck key provided, luckily the prince staff was kind enough to provide. no clean towels ever provided so be prepared to wash them.

The view and main reason it was right on the beach. It fit my whole family of 6. very accommodating.

The elevators were so slow.

the location was wonderful. great view and nice sized balcony.

not the cleanest- very dusty and the immediate area inside and outside the entrance were dirty. one of the toilet seats was actually halfway unattached to the toilet, wish could have detrimental results for an elderly person. the inside part of the security lock I. the door was missing and the coffee maker was missing the carafe. I think it was just in need of some general maintenance and a good cleaning.
