This was a much needed beach trip. I would definitely recommend this condo. The owners were so easy to communicate with. The place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was as described. Lots of room and everything in pretty good condition. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable beds. The bathrooms were fine and the condition had been redone nicely. The view is perfect and the huge 2nd floor balcony is something I have never seen. Great for entertaining and enjoying the sun. Had a couple small issue that were dealt with quickly and professionally even on a Saturday afternoon.
The kitchen could use some additional mixing bowls, larger glasses, and a blender would be nice. Good coffee maker but was not working quite right. Big fridge with water and ice maker and convenient laundry room.
I would stay here again and would recommend to others. A bit away from the traffic but close to everything. Wish the lagoon pool was heated but there are 10 other heated pools on the property. The tennis area was nice and would play golf next time. The beach and bar service were a bit lacking for the costs involved.

This is a great condo! Plenty of room, great view and the owner is fabulous to work with. Highly recommend. If you have teenagers.. it’s great to keep them upstairs in the loft area. Thanks for a great spring break!

Property is GREAT! Had everything we needed. Wished we didn’t have to bring our own beach towels as we flew in from out of town. Loved everything.

Nice property but could use a better company to clean. One of the bed sheets was covered with black lint. Thought at first it was bed bugs. Also had a few body hairs on the sheets on both beds. Lightbulb was out in one of the lamps in the master. Had to go buy one to replace. A washcloth in smaller bathroom was in cabinet for use and was filthy…looked like it was a cleaning rag but was added to be used with other towels.
Sheetrock was peeling in the master bath and the toilet rocks.
The online pictures were deceiving. 😌

We enjoyed our stay. Love this location. The condo was clean and lovely. Wonderful view of the Gulf.
James is great to work with. Very responsive to questions we may have had. Had everything we needed.
Being on the 12th floor I was a little concerned about the speed of the elevators. There are two and there were several days that one or the other was being worked on. But overall it wasn’t much of an issue.
We had breakfast a couple of times at Oceans on the property. They were both very good. Bloody Mary’s too!

Property was perfect for my family of 4. Great location and the property manager was easy to work with. The security guards here are what will keep us from returning. We were scolded for moving an umbrella 5 feet (no one else anywhere close to us and at least 15 other umbrellas nearby). We learned we couldn't bring our rented golf cart inside the gates so they told us to park in the lot outside of security. We received a call the next morning that we were parked illegally and would be towed. There was an older blonde lady security guard who was on our case about walking on the sidewalk instead of in the road, but the sidewalk only stretches for about 20 feet. They were rude and treated us like we weren't welcome. When my husband stated as such, she replied "well then don't come back".

Me and my family enjoyed this condo soo soo much. It was super spacious and has great views! We all had our morning coffee and ate dinner everyday on the rooftop! It was such a nice space and was in a great location for anything you need. My kids loved the loft area which was great to have them on a different floor than the adults! We made awesome memories! The owner also responded super quick anytime I had a question. We hope to return and stay here for our future beach vacations!

Beautiful view and a beautiful location! We stayed here for 6 days with myself, my husband, and our twin 13 yo sons. However, we could have brought our 3 adult kids, also, without feeling cramped. So, we decided we will do just that! We are already talking about coming back next year with all 5 of our kids. It’s a great condo!
The owner is communicative and helpful. We had no problems getting in, the kitchen was well appointed, and the bedding was comfy/cozy!
The resort itself was nice, also. The bar and grill had good food and great drinks. However, they do not offer pool towels to rent or borrow, so be sure to bring your own beach towels for the pool and beach.
I encourage you to make your trip memorable with this unit. It’s well worth every penny!

The property manager was very responsive to all of our requests, and he maintained ongoing communications throughout our visit. The property and the view (of the Gulf of Mexico) are amazing!

The condo had the perfect view and plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable!!!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! James is the perfect host. He response fast and is willing to work you. Can't wait to book again!!!

Had a great time during our stay at Edgewater. The top balcony made the view of the ocean magnificent! The condo was clean and very comfortable beds! Definitely will be back!!
