The staff were very friendly, we loved the breakfast and breathtaking view at Ararat mountain, the room was with A/C, we managed to do the laundry, didn't try the swimming pool, nice parking slot at facilities.

Few times there was no water in the late evening, the owner explained that it was done by purpose as some guests forgot to turn off the toilet flush. We were not able to find the hotel, Google maps showed the way with the broken road, had to call to facilities and it was rather expensive as we were at roaming, they recommended us the road and to use different app with maps, like yandex maps.

Inna and Armen are very good hosts. Inna speaks English so the communication is easy and both are very accommodating and helpful for all sorts of requests that we had, being a company of 10 cyclists with complex logistics etc Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

The immediate area lacks restaurants/taverns but there are grocery stores around and you can arrange also to have food in the hotel, which is delicious btw. So not a big problem.

Exotic and quiet area away from the city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment, and for 100 AMD you can reach the center, or 2000-2500 AMD by taxi. Simple, but clean and nice room, with comfortable bed and view on Ararat. Basic breakfast. Friendly hosts.
