Lovely cabin, would definitely stay here again for longer and explore the area.

Lovely lodge, exactly as described. Hot tub was lovely and private. The heating was great. Wifi worked well. Would be absolutely stunning in the summer, with a bbq on the terrace overlooking the lake. The cabin next door isn't finished yet so once you navigate your way down to the cabin, it's totally on its own. Very romantic and remote. Nice touch with the coffee machine, plastic glasses for the hot tub, comfy bed. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Others seemed to mention bubbly on arrival, we didn't have any provided and no milk for the coffee machine. No full length mirror or getting ready area. Very low ceilings in the bathroom.... if you're over 5ft7 you won't fit under the shower - although the shower is lovely! The towels were tiny. We arrived in the dark and sort of guessed that we found it... it was very muddy / pot holey drive down to the cabin but its super secluded when you get there. All of that however is a nice to have. It was beautiful and we had a great time.

It was a beautiful little cabin everything you could of wanted for a romantic getaway.

This was an exquisitely cosy cabin that was perfect for a few nights get away in a secluded and uninterrupted location. Just what we wanted. It had nearly everything you could ever ask for.

We loved the stay ans couldnt fault it. If we were being overly picky then the couch in the cabin was a little uncomfortable, but that didn't take any of the shine off the stay at all.

Lovely cabin, brilliant fishing lake for the husband to catch plenty of different fish. Great hot tub and cosy cabin to relax.

Shame about the weather. The rain came down heavy during our first night which started to drip through the sealing above the fire place and into to fireplace. This meant we didn’t get much sleep and the fire place was too damp inside to light.

Quiet and privately in the hottub under a starry sky

We recently stayed here for two nights, it was everything we had hoped for and more. The whole place smelt so fresh and clean when we first arrived, everything was well thought of. The bubbles went down a treat too, thank you :) The views are beautiful and it’s so peaceful.

Everything was perfect

This cabin is in a lovely location, relaxing and quiet. We only stayed for one night but will definitely come back and stay longer. The cabin has everything you need, so no need to take anything, just yourself and food and drink.

The location was amazing so peaceful and relaxing surrounded by nature, the bed was so comfy the whole cabin was so cosy especially the log fire.

The whole place was amazing a broom would have been useful

Beautiful setting, great location and the jacuzzi is a very nice touch, also nice to see the animals roaming about.

the kitchen could do with better cooking equipment as the stove kept losing heat so made it difficult to cook our breakfast on, but there are lots of restaurants around so not too much of an issue if your happy to eat out each night

The peace and quiet and privacy

Lovely cabin in a nice peaceful setting with cows, sheep and donkeys in the field. Overlooking a pond at the front was nice and peaceful after a busy day at Goodwood Revival. The living area is very pleasant as the pictures show and has all you need, bed is very comfy indeed, with nice clean linen.

We didn't receive any information prior to arrival so winged it and asked someone leaving where to go then had to phone to get code for entry. Also did message previous as to pot holes as I have a low slung bmw that hates any bump with no answer, glad I decided not to bring it as the road through isn't at all ideal. All cutlery and plates etc were not clean. The fridge we had to clean as it still had remnants of previous guests and the coffee maker had so many empty capsules stuffed in it they fell out, I really can't understand how it could get to that point and been overlooked by the cleaners aswell. Down the side of the oven wasn't much better. The shower is about 5ft 8 high and I'm 6ft so not ideal but all the bathroom was very clean and of good quality as were the towels. Also the booking states a washing machine but there isn't one.

arrival was very simple. Location was absolutely beautiful, very peaceful with the lake being in-front. Lodge was beautiful inside and out very spacious.

only couple of points, the shower is low and wasn’t adjustable anyone above 5ft 8 would struggle. Also building another lodge beside us was very noisy when you are trying to relax.

What did we not like would be a shorter answer! This place is a gem and everything has been thought of to make it a superb break away

Maybe some sort of roofing over the hot tub and noticed only one set of curtains were up at the side but that wasn't something that ruined our break as weather was lovely apart from a day or so.

Staying here was amazing the hosts had obviously put so much thought into making the lodge comfortable for their guests. The setting on a farm beside a lake meant we had privacy and beautiful surroundings. Away from the hassle and bustle of life, it was so quiet the only noise was the cows and sheep and the fish flopping in the lake. Sitting in the hot tub in the evening in natural surroundings took relaxation to a whole new level. We ventured out for dinner one evening to the local pub called the Holly Tree which was lovely

The telephone number that you need to ring to get back into the farm after 7pm was out of service. This wasn’t an issue as we just called the number on the gate and were let in and this is literally the only negative I can think of!!
