We loved the condo and location. Neighbors were really nice as well!
All the little touches of decor were done so well!
We loved the balcony - had coffee and drinks out there every day - small creek running in the back.

As soon we walked through the door we were drawn to the historical value of everything from the furniture, books, art work, plates on the walls, and style of each room. The owners took great care in creating a place of comfort and wonder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as would any history buff, which my husband is. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco's Chambre! Everything was well thought out with attention to the French detail. I enjoyed relaxing and reading about French themed homes with a book provided at the property. The snacks got us through our visit when we needed something and weren't able to walk to town or have a car available. We would love to stay again on our next visit to Franklin. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Coco’s Chambre has so many well thought out details that added to the comfortable, well appointed, spacious accommodations! The kitchen was beautiful, clean, and not only had everything we needed, but we felt pampered with silver flatware and lovely dishes and glassware. The bathroom(s) were sparkling white with chandeliers and luxurious tile and countertops. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms furnished with lovely antiques. We enjoyed the balcony with trees and a lovely stream flowing by. There are French items and references throughout the decor. (Even the books on the bookcase are French and French-themed!)
We loved it and would definitely come back.

This is a very nice, clean condo. My husband and I liked the Jack and Jill bathroom. We each had our own space. The walk to town took about 10-15minutes. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very nice. We woukd definitely stay again!

This property was absolutely a delight. So much attention to details. I know some people just want a place to stay, but I personally enjoy staying at a property that feels "homey'.
The most important element for any home away from home, is safety, cleanliness, and what kind of mattress does the room have.
Coco's Chambre has it all. Franklin is a very safe town, it was extremely clean all newly redone kitchen and bathroom, and the mattress was awesome!
Directions were great and check was a breeze.
I would recommended and would stay again.

Cozy condo with nice homey touches. Has everything you could need. Good place to stay for the weekend and very close to downtown Franklin.

Where do I start!? Bob and Greg’s condo in Franklin is the perfect cozy Franklin getaway. You can tell how much time and attention to detail went into crafting this beautiful space to make it feel just like home. You’ll love everything about your stay here - the beautiful creek view from the balcony; the comfiest beds and pillows; the beautifully updated jack and jill bathroom (and the towels were so soft and plush!); and extra amenities including high end bathroom products, coffee and snacks - even lovely chocolates on the nightstand upon arrival! Enjoy a 10 - 15 minute walk to historic downtown Franklin and ogle over the charming historic homes that Franklin is famous for. The condo was absolutely spotless and I look forward to my next stay here when I am in Franklin.
