Clean, newly renovated, fantastic location. Fully equipped kitchen and beach supplies including chairs umbrellas, toys and wagon!

Nothing!!

The condo was “okay” the furniture was very uncomfortable to sit on so we didn’t really sit on the couch, the view of the beach was great other than the pool rules aren’t enforced at all so children screaming, running and jumping into the pool constantly roughhousing wasn’t relaxing to sit on the balcony. The beach was beautiful, and we loved Indian shores just not this condo. We weren’t impressed for the price we paid. We spent most of our time at the beach however getting to the beach was a lot of work. There is ONE elevator for the entire complex. It gets filled up fast and it takes 15-30 min to get down the elevator with our stuff to get to the beach. We ended up having to take our things down stairs most of the time, thankfully we are on the 2nd floor so it wasn’t horrible for us until check out. Check out is a NIGHTMARE. You want people to be out by 10:00 with ONE ELEVATOR. Suggestion is to maybe move your check out time to a little later. We would have had to start loading our car at 6-7am if we wanted to avoid the elevator crap show. We had to take two trips to get all of our things out and had to wait over 30 min to get onto one both times. it was horrible. Needless to say we won’t be back due to the inconvenience and lack of enforcement of rules at this property

lack of staff enforcing rules, extremely cramped parking, loud guests not told to quiet down (people letting children run like wild animals around the complex) One elevator for the entire complex, this NEEDS to be said up front before you book.

Location,right on beach and pool

it has a great view and it was quiet. the back deck looks out over the ocean and the pool.

the air conditioning needs to be better. You can only keep it at 73 and that gets hot at night. you should be able to do 70 and watch the outside temperature and if it drops below 70 shut ac off and open windows but you are not allowed to open the windows either.

The location was amazing! We got to watch dolphins from our beachfront balcony! Our family had an amazing time here! The host was very attentive to the couple of issues we brought to their attention and took care of them asap! Would highly recommend!

Excellent location with convenient parking. Beautiful beach views and the kids love the pool

Painting maintenance was going on during our stay so we had to walk around that most days. The elevator in the building was a little slow unreliable.

Condo was perfect loved the balcony and the view. It was a convent location. We loved the beach and the people who live there were very helpful and friendly. Bed were so comfortable. We had a great time would definitely stay again

Elevator was slow but we were on the 2nd floor so mostly took the stairs unless our hands were full.

Room was very nice. It was home away from home. Great view.

Faucet in the master bathroom one handle was broken
