The overall experience was good :)

Only that, no one responded to our call from reception every time.

Staff was cooperative

Curtains were not clean. Also the balcony is covered fully due to rain. It looks like a haunted house

I did not get the room only.. I was denied as rooms were already full. Please refund my money back

I recently had a stay and it was amazing experience cool atmosphere chilling breeze and the view also the hotel staff and the rooms were awesome great experience would differently recommend to friends and family

The warm hospitality extended by the staff n the property owner itself. They tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We had booked 2 rooms for our family. However, quite surprised to know upon arrival at the property that we have been allocated 2 rooms of 2 different categories. This was quite embarrassing for me as unable decide which room to allocate to whom.

Tea wasnt serve in morning ,when called they denied to serve.Breakfast was not tasty

We had booking.when we went to hotel thecstaff told they could not provide rooms as problem with ac as the generator was having problem.neither booking .com nor the property manager told us till we reach .then we were toldcto go to other treebo hotel.which was javimg very minimal facility and away from this hotel.we lost almost half day in this transport only.we strongly NOT recommendvthis hotel.please stay away

The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very cordial. The location was awesome.
