The apartment is in a lovely location and enjoys a stunning cliff top position, with wonderful views over Seaton and the sea. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the check-in procedure was very easy. As soon as we entered the apartment the sense of presentation and space was very apparent, enhanced by the high ceilings and tasteful decoration and floor finishes etc, all very nice indeed. The apartment has both a bathroom and an en-suite lavatory, and again both were meticulously clean. We loved the doors opening out to the patio and garden where we sat out on the garden furniture many times and enjoyed the amazing views across the bay. The kitchen is again of a high quality and fully was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay and again it was all meticulously clean. The beds were very comfortable, as was the sofa, however we did not unfold that into a bed. The welcome pack was very thoughtful containing products that are locally sourced and we very much appreciated it. Ocean View at Seaton was a fantastic base camp for us to travel out in the car each day to places along the Jurassic coast.

We don’t think that there is anything about Ocean View that we didn’t like, it was all good. If we were being really picky, we could say that the bathroom could benefit with an extractor fan being fitted at the far end, because when using the shower it causes a fair amount condensation. The kitchen door opens up against the oven unit, therefore if the oven/grill door is open, nobody can enter or exit the kitchen until the oven door is closed. It is not a big issue at all and again it’s a small picky thing, but perhaps the door should open outwards instead.

Location near to town easy to get to. Clean,comfortable really happy with the place,would recommend anyone staying here I would come again. Beautiful views of bay and place very equipped. Even a welcome pack too really nice touch.
