Spacious, well equipped, comfortable apartment close to parking and the sea front.
Scrupulously clean.
Any issues quickly resolved
Excellent communications.
Wi-Fi was a bit erratic.
You could only access BBC television via the iPlayer which needed the Internet, which required Wi-Fi.
The shower needed some work which was resolved swiftly.

The central position was within walking distance to most things available in Seaton.
Unfortunately, we chose a weekend when there was a private function on in the old picture house so it was very noisy until 12pm.

Spacious, clean, amazing location. 3 minutes from the beach and 3 minutes from Tesco. No traffic noise. Comfortable bed. Classic hidden gem.

The facilities all worked, very basic and everything you needed for a short stay. Good size for two, and so pleased no pets allowed.
We chose the lowest price self-catering apartment, as we would be out for most of the time. We did not expect it to be perfect, but it was! Warm and cosy, spotless, places for clothes and a good size kitchen, with washing up liquid, good quality china and cutlery, etc. The shower was excellent, with fluffy white towels on a heated towel rail ( this is January in England!) and lovely friendly hosts. The actual place as a picture-house was amazing! Well done on restoring a quirky and historical building, with everything we needed in the apartment....and clean as well. Thank you, we will be returning! Jenny and Bob

Good instructions for location and key collection. Clean and comfortable for one night stay. No free parking but great location for the sea front etc.

Lots of space . Ver comfy sofa . Nice kitchen and decent shower. Modern decor . Good eating area with really nice table and chairs
No oven gloves supplied to use in kitchen. A freezer compartment in fridge would have been handy as eating out and takeaways so expensive in local area .' The paintwork in the bathroom needs re painting. In second bedroom the bunk bed was so creaky it made it hard to sleep without disturbing other bunk mate which had an impact on the children. They found the mattresses hard

Seaton is not somewhere I'd rush back to....

The location was very close to the seashore. The bathroom had great space and plenty of shelf room for personal items. The kitchette was a good size. The welcome letter on the table was informative.
It would have been better if breakfast was offered. It was a challenge to cool the room off for sleeping - visited 1-3 July. I could not figure out a way to open the bathroom windows, which was a bummer. It would have been nice to have notes on how to use the shower in the welcome letter I found on the table.

A good well equipped apartment. Clean well positioned for the beach and town. Lovely bar/restaurant on site, friendly staff.

Wifi poor- could just be Seaton has bad signal strength.

Comfortable, and well equipped. Easy to get into, instructions good. Centre of town right next to the beach.
Wi-Fi code was not supplied and I tried to get it (albeit at 10pm) but I got no response that evening or following morning. Bed appeared comfortable but there were dip on either side giving a sinking feeling - maybe time for a mattress change?

location was good, close to the beach front and big Tesco (for self catered facilities which were a surprise…)
WiFi ‘didn’t reach’ but staff offered no solution or money back. Only mentioned as room was sold with WiFi.
No hot water from kitchen/bathroom taps.
Main window doesn’t fit the frame and so banged throughout the night due to winds. Probably not an issue in Summer.

it’s location was excellent for a visit to Seaton. as the name suggests it’s connected to the Old Picture House.
The room had all the amenities required to prepare a meal if required.
a nice size lounge/kitchenette.
a good size bedroom with very comfortable bed.
the bathroom is compact and has a shower toilet and sink.
the whole apartment was nicely furnished and very clean.. being upstairs I was able to have the windows open without worry.
