Bed a little small.

The little touches, even though we didn't use them.

Bed size ( small), bathroom size. (Small) sink was blocked. Odd lights, could have been cleaner, didn't realise it was dog friendly . Too far away from everything.

Good location as we were visiting Lytham Festival and more flexible than staying in a hotel as we have done previously; enjoy walking around the area; bright and attractive outlook

Noise disturbance from people walking around upstairs, including being woken at 6.50am on Saturday morning. Garden view but don't think ocean view; not a queen bed; very small en suite shower room rather than private bathroom; on second day, got smell of dogs

The apartment was lovely and clean. It was fully kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. Lovely little spot.

The bedroom only had a blind. Could benefit from having curtains to keep the early morning light out.

location perfect,brilliant for dog walking on the beach. Quiet end of town suited me well.Nearby Beachcomber cafe perfect for breakfasts. Apartment clean and little touches of milk/biscuits etc very much appreciated. Alovely place and would definately stay here again.

I found the mattress a bit too hard for me, a soft mattress topper would help.

we are used to a king size bed so the double was tricky to get used too lol

Sound proofing between this apartment and next door. It didn't bother me but might be an issue for other people, especially dogs barking in the night.

Everyyhing provided nothing left out /made it feel like home from home comfortable and relaxing stay nice walk on seafront to town

found the shower room rather small and it leaked into bedroom but was told it was going to be repaired

The bed was uncomfortable, we slept on the sofa the 2nd night. Pillows were poor.

The location, the cleanliness, the help of the hosts. Overall it is a great place to stay and an improvement on the bed and pillows would make it perfect.

The space was tranquil , well equipped and although I ended up a single occupancy I still had value for money and was entertained by the beach and the tv , books were there should I have needed them , I enjoyed my peace.

The location was 1st class easy to find. Very warm and comfortable. Extremely clean. Can highly recommend value for money

The distance from centre was further than anticipated as walking for my husband is now a problem

Location and free parking

Uncomfortable bed. Lots of noise from above at all hours and dog barking. Staff very rude. Appeared in the apartment at 1110am and I appreciate Check out is 11am and we were moving our bags out he said its ten past 11 and Check out is 11am. Didn't even ask if we had enjoyed our stay.

Cracking apartment. Just across from the beach. Great living space. Would highly recommend

location was fantastic right on the front. ideal for dogs. kitchen really well equipped. spacious lounge area and incredibly relaxing

Location was perfect. My family live in St Annes so I used my car to go about. Great to have parking. Quite a quiet area to stay. Thank you so much.

Missed my long length mirror!

How spotlessly clean it was and that everything had been thought of for our stay.
