We loved everything about our stay in Gibraltar. The communication for arrival and check in was wonderful, they have staff at the building during most of the day and the place was super clean and comfy. We wanted to stay one more night and they helped us sort that out and even moved our luggage to the new room for us. Maria helped with taxi info and everything went super smoothly when we left. Loved the location, one block off main Street where all the shopping is and just a short walk to loads of cafes, pubs and easy access to the Rock. 10/10!
There was nothing we didn't like. This place is great! Historic Old building but it's been fully modernized and has a lift for luggage. We even had a washer/dryer in our room which was a bonus!

We had to book late at night due to a flight cancellation and we received a reply straight away. Easy to find, clean and ideal for our stay

The location was very convenient for Gibraltar centre.
I enjoyed my stay, but would say this particular room being quite small is only recommended for 3 adults.

Μου αρεσε που ηταν καινουρια η κουζινα και συγχρωνη, ηταν σχετικα καθαρο το δωματιο και οι πετσετες ! Και το γεγονος πως τα παιδια οτι χρειαζομασταν ερχοταν αμεσα να μας εξυπηρετήσει !
Δεν μου αρεσε το κλιματιστικο που ηταν αδυναμο, πολυ θορυβώδες και μονο στο ενα δωματιο ! Δεν μου αρεσε που δνε υπηρχαν 2-3 αντάπτορες για τους φορτιστες των κινητών μας ! Δεν υπηρχε εστω ενα μπουκαλι νερο μεσα στο ψυγειο, για το καλωσορισμα, ελεος καλοκαιρι εχουμε ! ψαχναμε 11 η ωρα το βραδυ να βρουμε απεγνωσμενα λιγο νερο !

Close to tourist attractions
AC was weak. The sofa bed was hard to operate. And once it was fully down, there was very little room.

Location. Owner was very responsive. Old building but apartment had been renovated with newer appliances. Very close to Rock of Gibraltar trail which we hiked.
Bedding needs updating as it was scratchy (sheets were thin) and pillows uncomfortable. Shower was modern, nice &le hot water but the cleaners have not been cleaning well so unfortunately grout looked bad & corners moldy. Remove the entry dresser as it makes entering/exiting difficult. These could be one time issues. We would stay again if we return.

very central for restaurants, bars and shops.
The property was small which wasn’t a problem but too much furniture gave it a very cramped feeling. definitely could do without the chest of drawers in the hall and a table in the bedroom.

The location was excellent. Close to but off the main street, so it gives us more privacy and less noise. The apartment was modern, clean and it has all the facilities we need. Easy booking, good communication with the management team. Overall, very good experience.

The hosts at Grand Central House went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We needed to leave our luggage at the apartment before check in as we were getting married and didn't want to carry our luggage with us. The host did everything he could to make sure our needs were taken care of and he was so eager to help us with whatever we needed. He even spotted us as we were waiting for the bus to go back to Spain and he stopped and gave us a ride! We are so happy with the service we received from the hosts and could not recommend this apartment more. Thank you so much for helping make sure our special day went smoothly.
