The property was clean and just as depicted in the photos, with a gorgeous view. We were in town for a wedding and it was easy to walk or Uber to the location, which was one of the big hotels on the beach. Would recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at this location. The directions to the unit were a bit confusing, but the rental management company was helpful when we called for clarification. Would stay again. Great for walking to coffee and shops.

Great unit at a nice location in Wailea, easy access to the highway and shopping/restaurants. The listing undersold the view, in my opinion - we watched several groups of whales during every meal on the lanai, and the sunsets were amazing. We only had a brief interaction with the host about a minor issue, and they were responsive and professional.

The unit is a perfect location with a spectacular 180 degree view. We enjoyed a perfect stay and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and beach amenities provided. Highly recommend and we hope to be back !

Unfortunately this unit is very tired. Minimal kitchen equipment and what was there has been there for 30 years. You will be gifted 3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels. For what they charge the owner should be ashamed of the amenities they provide. On a positive note the property mgr was on all our correspondents and request in a very timely manner.

The unit was in a great location. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The only issue we had was that the AC unit in the living room didn't work well and the living room/kitchen got very hot, especially when the sun was beaming in that side of the unit (from abt 3pm-6:30pm).

Great place for our family vacation. The condo had incredible views from all rooms except secondary bedroom and was close to the beach and shopping (walking distance). The condo had a great layout with the 2 bedroom suites separated. The condo had everything we needed for the kitchen and there were beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc everything you need to go to the beach.

Overall this is a great unit with nice views. The living room furniture needs an upgrade at the price point we paid. I was very impressed with Rentals Maui. They were able to get us in the unit early as we had a fussy 14 month old with us. The house keeping team turned over a spotless unit to us and were so accommodating. This was our second stay at this unit and we would stay there again as it is in such a nice area on Maui.

property is a great location, good sized unit, views are amazing! had bugs on counters everyday, one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms clicked the whole time. that made for noisy sleeping but the worst was the traffic noise. this unit is close to a busy road. at night it wasn’t too bad but it did wake me up every morning. over all i have this property a 4

Slightly hilly but that is what gets the great views and is also great for those early morning walks to one of three nearby coffee shops to start your day. Pool is clean and offers a refreshing dip after day trips. Has choice of shade or sun areas. Pathways surrounded by lush tropical plants and trees.

Very nice property. Well appointed kitchen. Multiple balcony/porch with stunning ocean views and sunsets. Comfortable beds. Convenient, flexible parking. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. AC units ran cold and flawless. Good communication and seamless check-in. Top floor unit so nobody above pounding on ceiling. Only slight knock is unit is close to a street that can be noisy at times. Overall would definitely rent again.

This property has an amazing view but is 20 yards from main hwy in Wailea. My only complaint is the listing didn’t mention the location being right next to a busy street. I’m not sure the map is accurate on the listing. Property management was great and condo complex is our favorite but not our favorite unit. We will be back but to another condo.

Amazing Views
We would come back. The property managers were responsive and the facilities fabulous. It’s just a short walk to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. This is also a great place to kick back and whale watch!

Wonderful stay
We stayed at the property for four nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we expected which was very thoughtful. Good number of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and boards were provided. The view from the balcony was everything! We spent all our mornings and nights in the balcony and surprisingly did not encounter any insects or mosquitoes. Everything was neat and clean.
Only CON — The shower liner in the standing shower is short and the water kept dripping through the outer fabric curtain and onto the floor. We had to keep cleaning that up and it left a smell because the water wasn’t drying quickly.
This is very easy to address and I hope it’s taken care of.

Gorgeous views, quiet & perfect location
The views from the lanais are amazing, and the main lanai is perfect for lounging, with comfortable outdoor furniture.
The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the unit is very close to the pool. We loved how quiet it was here.
Location-wise, you're a short walk from Monkeypod Kitchen, Akamai Coffee, golf, and the shops at Wailea. About a 20 minute walk to the beaches.
The pool was perfect and the property management team were very responsive and friendly. We are excited to return!

So accommodating and the best location!
I got into Maui early and they accommodated early check in and were so responsive and easy to work with through multiple postponements due to Covid. I couldn't appreciate them more. The location is walking distance to everything you need and extremely beautiful grounds.
