room was clean

the intense smell of cheap cleaning supplies that could not ventilate for hours. all my clothes now smells terrible. the AC in the room didn’t work. it may unbearably hot and stuffy in the middle of the night.

The blankets and sheets looked dirty from stains.

The floors were so dirty . I put on a new pair of socks and within 20 minutes of just walking around like normal in the room, the bottom of my socks were dark brown with dirt. The plates were not clean and there was no chopping board in the room. Why is there no full length mirror in the room? The only mirror is the one in the bathroom and it only shows the very top part of you. Ridiculous when you're trying to get ready to go out. And why is the bathroom fan so noisy? In fact, our entire stay was noisy. From being woken up early in the morning with people banging through the hallway, and the housekeeping yelling in the hallway , to the noise from the freeway to the noise from the fan in the bathroom. signage to the elevators needs to dramatically improve. After a long drive, to have to navigate our way to our room was an inconvenience we did not need.

Monir, was very nice. And he got a room together for me before everyone checked out. I truly appreciate this, because I was super tired. The place is clean and quiet. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.

The location

The room was advertised as is. As we walked in it was nice, but after a couple of nights staying in the room we started to notice a lot of flaws. We had 2 TVs and the TV in the bedroom did not work so i had to trouble shoot the issue with disconnecting the cable from the TV to the cable box to reset it to get it working. We noticed the hot tub had a tile on the side with a spring attached to it that was popping out which was maybe access to under the hot tub for maintenance. The hot tub button functions we not functional, and alot of plaster seams ghetto applied to the hot tub. Sleeping late night would be horrible because the next room over we would hear loud water running through the walls, guessing it would be the neighbors hot tub or shower.
