I usually always hear some woman nagging when I go to sleep and wake up anywhere in a motel/hotel in Southern California 😷

Forgot about the breakfast

They look like they just remodeled, but not fully finished, bed was comfortable & even though breakfast was a paper bag it was not bad.

Room smelled muggy / old , carpet not teally clean and when I went to use hair dryer it was sticky/dirty had to clean it 😞 and there were feathers in toilet box ( weird) A lot of sketchy people hanging around parking lot made me feel uncomfortable, I was by muself with my kiddos !

we booked a room that stated it came with a bathtub however we were given room 134 which doesn’t have a bathtub. when I brought it up to the attention of the front desk I was told they couldn’t do anything because they were fully booked. severely disappointed.

The facility was dirty…. The elevator and walkways were dirty. The air vent was leaking toothpaste

Clean room and clean bathroom

Location of Hotel, it appears that is an open area, too close to other businesses and it does not have "safe" feeling in the area. Your car can easily get broken into. Not enough security at night.

The staff is like family

The room was very nice

The beds were good.

No "breakfast" as advertised because the kitchen was out of order. Road noise was very loud and then we had trucks that woke us up early in the morning Saturday right outside our window.

room needs improvement felt unsafe and not very clean , staff was not available when we arrived maybe due to COVID and we had to wait for a little while before they directed us to the attending window

Supposedly a SUITE but no tv in the living room. A little on the dingy side, and the handle to the bathroom falling off the door. Elevator was dirty and the floor in the bathroom had stuff on it like it hadn't been swept.

there’s not to write about

bathroom was dirty. they need to use softener when washing towels. super noise wall are paper thin. $100 incident retainer, I’ve stayed at better places and the most the charge was $50

Front desk was very accommodating House cleaning was great
