Well equipped kitchen, private entrance, quiet neighbourhood. Beach nearby, good location in general.

Apartament looked neglected, wasn't clean enough. At first, contact with the owner was good, then he stopped responding.

Owner was kind until the problems came.

We booked apartament for 6 nights. Place isn't very modern but for the price we paid it was ok. Everything looked clean at the beginning. But yet the first evening we saw one big cockroach. Later we find four more in the bathroom. First thing in the morning we packed and leave this place. We could not find the owner so we wrote to him and told why we decided to leave. We booked another place, we needed to pay again for other apartament. We ask owner to return some money but after one week he still hasn't replied. We really recommend to avoid this place!

I have booked this apartment in May (5 months before the arrival). 1 week before the arrival owners wrote us, that price is wrong and I should pay 100 EUR more for 1 week stay. Have asked Booking for help and they said the same - price is wrong - pay 100 EUR more or we will cancel the reservation (no one specified who made the mistake - definitely not me). I would be OK with that if owner or Booking would tell me this 1 or 2 months in advance, not 1 week before the arrival when the offer is quite limited. After 24 hours Booking simply cancelled my original reservation - and because of no better option I have re-booked for higher price the same accommodation. The other problem we had with hot water in shower. First day they said there was no sun, so there is no hot water. There is also electric heating, but they said there is some problem and they will fix it next day. Next day was not enough sun and electric heating not fixed. Finally we had hot water after 4 days in our shower after our questions everyday. I don't think this is serious and would stay away

Spacious, well equipped apartment. Some parking available. Good WiFi. Good location.
