Property is as advertised. Delightful, clean, and very close to beaches and restaurants. Would book again if our travels take us to the region.

The stay was amazing, town charming and hostess very sweet!!

My sister and I stayed at this property for a sisters trip and had the best time. This property was located in a great spot walking distance to the beach and driving distance to Lynn, Salem, and we took the ferry to Boston. The snacks and drinks were a nice surprise after a long travel day :) I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Swampscott! The house was very well stocked and the owner was so helpful with info on sightseeing. We walked to the beach and walked to a couple of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

We booked through Nancy for a bachelorette party! Even though a majority of our time was spent in Salem, it was such a beautiful property, and in such a nice town. I wish we had more time to explore the shoreline. Based on previous reviews, I knew this was the best choice for us. Our group consisted of 4 adults, we all fit perfectly, with plenty of room to spare. The property is much larger than the pictures do it justice, and we were all shocked when we entered. It was so clean, and fully stocked (towels, linens, comforters, blankets, even stuff for the beach). She left an organized binder of check-in and check-out instructions, as well as recommendations for the town. I highly recommend staying here and booking with Nancy.

We stayed here while we visited Salem and it was the the perfect location. The town is very cute and we loved that the house was a very close walk to some great restaurants. Nancy was so helpful from before we even got there to the very end!!

Great Place to Stay

Our host was fabulous-she made this a memorable experience for my family. Very responsive, and really helpful with tips on fun activities in the area. The location is perfect- close to the water and restaurants, and not far from the train. Loved the house, and the Halloween decorations. My daughter is already asking when we can stay there again!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Salem. Located on a quiet street with a driveway parking space. This Swampscott location is a brief ride through residential neighborhoods to reach Salem. There were a few restaurants in walking distance of the home. Nancy was extremely responsive to questions and even provided additional info about the surrounding area we might find useful for our stay. There was 1 bedding issue, but I texted it to Nancy and I am confident she will rectify it prior to the next guest’s stay. We would stay here again, if we come back to the area. Thankful for the hospitality.

This was a weekend roadtrip for us. We had a fabulous time. Nancy was a wonderful host and the apartment was so cute!! The area is not touristy which was a plus!! Great easy access to Salem and Boston!

Beautiful location, well equipped & clean. Loved it.

Everything was fine except for no fans. Was very muggy. Couldn't use the fan in the main bedroom as it constantly clicked. But everything else was maaavelous.

We had a great time. The house had everything we needed. Nancy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is a short walk to a couple different beaches and restaurants. The food at G Bar and Kitchen and Little G Bar and Eatery was delicious and they are a 2 minute walk from the house. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't the worst or the best we ever had in a vrbo, probably just time for a new mattress.

Home, amenities, communications, and town were all wonderful!! Highly recommend!!

This property is very well situated for those wanting quick access to Boston via vehicle or MBTA. There are a variety of restaurants in the area and there are 3 beaches in close proximity (2 with a quick walk). The house itself is a little bit quirky due to its historical foundations (a few spots where the floor has a slight slant, but not annoyingly so; the basement laundry location is a bit tight and musty, but everything works; a few doors have loud squeaks, but close properly). The A/C was a blessing during the heat and worked wonderfully. The outside back patio was reasonably quiet, private, shaded and accessible. The only minor "complaint" we would note was the reference to needing to purchase additional trash bags if what was there wasn't sufficient (which it was), and the request to strip the beds before leaving. Not a big deal but we felt that it shouldn't be necessary (similar to a hotel). Keep in mind that there may be a renter on the floor above. In our case we barely noticed their presence (quiet and never actively around that we could see). Nancy was very quick in her replies to our questions and offered to help in any way we needed, which was greatly appreciated. Overall we would highly recommend this venue.

Nancy was a great host and the property offered so many little things that made the stay go well. It’s quaint, with obvious updates that make the place charming. The town itself has many options for food and is a great community to walk around The only issue we had was not on the property or host side. The beaches within walking distance were closed for high levels of bacteria. We ended up driving 10 minutes to Nahant which was actually perfect and larger, just had to pay parking and get there earlier in the day.

The trip was to my hometown which has a very limited selection. To find a place that is not only in a great location but also spacious, charming and well decorated was such a bonus. Nancy was a great host. We enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and ice cream!

We had a good stay, check in was easy and overall had a decent stay. The only downside was the faint odor of cat pee. No matter the air freshner or absorber used, it was present.

We had a wonderful stay at 21 Blaney street in Swampscott MA. Nancy was extremely easy to work with and an over all great person. I would highly recommend for anyone interested in this location.

Nancy was a wonderful host. She was very thoughtful in providing us with a lot of useful information for our trip and was very easy to get on touch with if needed. Her place was very quaint and clean.

Great stay right by the water and the cutest restaurant Cafe Avelina. Be sure to swing by the cafe, say hello to Teresa, and that Lindsay Lohan sent you. Stayed here for a girls trip to Salem and location is great. Nancy is a great communicator!

When rented here to go to Salem for the weeked, we came for Salem but fell in LOVE with Swampscott. This rental was amazing , spacious, beautifully appointed so conviently located to the beach and restaurants. Our host was extremely helpfuly with any questions and recommedations on restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommed this rental.

Great location close to beaches and restaurants but tucked away on a quiet street, very spacious, bright and well-decorated inside. Would recommend to anyone who plans to stay in this wonderful resort town!

I can’t say enough nice things about my stay! A short walk to the beach and restaurants in a beautiful neighborhood. Owner was only a text away and was so helpful.

This property not only lived up to its posted description, it exceeded all of my expectations! Each room was perfectly clean, uncluttered, and well-decorated. Everything that you could possibly need was provided - from shampoo to children's puzzles. The bowl of welcome snacks was much appreciated. The location was great! My niece, great-niece, and I enjoyed walking along the beach and trying out several outstanding restaurants. Our favorites included G Bar & Kitchen and Mission On The Bay. I have used VRBO throughout the United States and Europe. For its reasonable price and its owner's attention to detail, this property stands out, for sure. Definitely give this a try, regardless of the season.

Everything about this property was perfect. Close to the beach and great little breakfast and dinner spots. All within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

A beautiful place in a beautiful location. So much to see and visit! Walking distance of many beaches. Very friendly people. Owner is caring and easy to reach. The magical Salem is 15 minutes drive. Definitely in my addresses book for the perfect place to reset! Thank You Nancy! Karine
