Lokalizacja.. Jarmuż - dzielnica o nieciekawej renomie. Ustawienie TV-sugestia aby przestawic monitor na sciane gdzie jest lazienka wtedy obie strony moga swobodnie oglądać ze swojego tapczanu.

Czysty, w pełni wyposażony pokój, bardzo estetycznie urządzony. Wielki plus za stopery i buteleczkę wina na powitanie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Pod nosem mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji, blisko do tramwaju.

Świetne miejsce na relaks. Jakość w szczegółach (butelka wina, jabłka i zatyczki do uszu). Świetna lokalizacja, 20-25 minut spacerem od dworca kolejowego, pieszo do centrum. Przyjemny personel, który szybko rozwiązuje wszystkie pytania. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie.

Kabina prysznicowa jest trochę mała, ale za drugim razem można się do tego przyzwyczaić. Niezbyt wygodne poduszki

it was noisy, you could here everything from the street; the breakfast was good but there were only a few sweet options, the rest was all savory, also the staff (apart from the reception) didn’t speak or understand any english

The breakfast was nice and lots of variety. Poznan is well worth a visit - great food and splendid buildings. And yes, very quiet (if you have the room away from the street).

Although we had a good stay, I'm not sure if I could recommend the Cooltour. The reason is that there is no-one at reception after 22:00 and if there are problems, like going to the bathroom, which is on the corridor, not en-suite, and you forgot to take the key, you can't get back into the room. This needs more thought and planning on behalf of the management of Cootour.

Wonderful Polish breakfast. Mostly pleasant staff of which especially a woman who cooks - I was happy to get a true Pole woman by personality and communicate through her language though my knowledge of Polish is poor.

This place must be closed for renovation. I woke up in night due to noise in which I even hear even spitting of guy who was actively walked on stairway at one of night. I caught a lot of talks of different sound ranges. Somebody harshly banged door at five am when I didn't sleep again. Ear plugs didn’t work and I didn’t like to lie with them, because it was uncomfortable, therefore I took away. Noise from the street was a little fortunate due to it’s not a living place. Both pillows are little and uncomfortable in using together and separately. One of them seems was taken from sofa and it’s not soft when I put head to there - I threw it away. Other is so little and not stuffed, but it was the little evil in limited choice. A blanket is warm and material isn’t pleasant for body. The doors of shower are separated due to it's wheels derailed from it's positions what caused that I couldn't close doors properly and little gap left between them. I couldn’t freely control a shower's head due to it's installation allows only chosen positions, which all of them are curve angles. I see that’s traditional in Poznan. A cleaner doesn’t find interest to visit my room. Are they exist in this town by the way? I had filled trash bin and two wet towels, which couldn’t dry on radiator, because it didn’t work. Transparent curtains... Erghhh, nice! I had a great satisfaction to change clothe in bathroom. Get rid from modern bright lamp. It hits eyes. That was reasonable with lamps in past when they had a cap. Wi-Fi could give slow speed and had shut down.

Good place, close to city center and railway station. Clean rooms. Airconditioning was working well. Common bathroom was clean and not very busy even in the morning. Receptionist was nice and helpful.

A bit noisy room, because of tram line on the street. But if you don't mind to sleep with closed windows it is ok. Also there are ear plugs in the room.

The price-rate value is OK. A bit further from the center but accessable with tram. The single-bed room is quite small. Wardrobe is not included. Breakfast is expensive, not included into the price.

The room size is small. Bed is old and a bit narrow. By walking a bit far from the centre (20 minutes walking).

Beautiful rooms, clean facilities and nice, friendly staff.
