Dreckiger Boden im Wohnraum und im Bad, die Tür zum Bad hat gehackt beim aufmachen, dadurch Lärm (Nachts).
die Wohnung war sehr laut, die Tür zum HausFlur nicht abgedichtet sodass Lärm und Licht (nachts) durchkam.

Good location.
The apartment floors were not vacuumed or cleaned and the bed had a severe infestation of bedbugs, receiving bites all over including my face that took weeks to recover from. Hopefully they have now taken feedback on board and take hygiene and pest control more seriously. If the place is cleaned and the sewage problem in the shower is resolved it has great potential.

Excellent apartment..Very cosy and warm..I wish i could stay more..very good work and team..
Needs doors with code so someone it's not going up and down to the office..and also something was wrong with the pressure of the water at the shower 🚿.

Cleanliness, the heater in the bathroom didn't work
at all and one of the sofa was broken in the living room

Once we finally got checked in it was close to the supermarket and not far from central station
This was the worst check in set up we had to Uber 15 minutes just to get the keys and then back into town with all our luggage. We thought we had paid a good price but ended up paying over 25 euros for rides. And ended up taking 2 hours. We also had to go up 4 flights of stairs with big bags and the bed was super uncomfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and in perfect location.
Key collection is about 15-20 minutes walk and it was raining and I was without a car and with a suitcase. Had I known this fact and I would have definitely not booked this place.
In addition the bathroom heater was broken and it was freezing after the shower.

value for money but you get what you pay for. it’s okay. location is good, staff are friendly
you have to walk 25 minutes for the key (they say they’re changing this in two weeks). bathroom door didn’t close. shower wasn’t very hot and didn’t have much pressure. bed is cheap and uncomfortable. didn’t feel very clean

Location of the place was very nice/very good. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars!
Staff was slow to respond and at some point stopped responding (tried calling and message through WhatsApp). Bedding might be already available or not depending on if staff prepared it in advance. Wi-Fi password was not provided, make sure to ask the staff before you leave with the keys.
