Tv in the room especially as weather was bad, and no where nearby decent to go to in the evening

The room had an amazing view over allotments. It was very quiet! The bed was very comfortable! There were biscuits and tea/coffee in the room. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was hot and powerful. Claire was very friendly and Willow the dog also greeted me each day I was there! It felt very much like going to stay with a friend!
It would be useful if there was a fridge available/some kitchen facilities

I loved my stay, It was quiet and clean. My host was warm and welcoming. I would definitely like to revisit again whenever I visit Harrogate again. It felt like home.

Friendly reception, fresh and comfortable linen, clean and quiet and little extras that made it feel above average. Easy access to Harrogate by car or bus. I would stay here again.

Easy parking and location. Excellent communication before arrival. Lovely host very warm and welcoming. Lots of space, so clean, endless amount of refreshments.
Banged my head a couple of times on low ceiling getting out of bed.

Perfect location for us, I was seeing spa cycles around the corner. Equally easy to get into Harrogate by train, 5 mins just one stop. Local area very nice, recommend Drake's fish and chip restaurant nearby.

Excellent value for money, ideal location in between Harrogate and Knaresborough, friendly, welcoming host, well equipped room with generous tea/coffee facilities, comfy bed, spotlessly clean, everything had a touch of luxury!
Nothing really - just the limitations of an attic room which is a design issue not linked to this property - would have been nice to open a window at night.

The host was very welcoming and everything was of a very high standard in bedroom and bathroom. The complementary bottles of sparkling water, large variety of teas, biscuits, coffee all added to the comfort of the stay. Impeccably clean room and bathroom and the mattress was exactly to our taste.
Nothing... but the stairs, being on the top floor,
at some point in life could be a challenge to a few.

The host, Claire, was warm in her welcome. She was friendly, helpful and her home clean and inviting. I can't fault anything and will highly recommend this accommodation.
