This house was amazing and very clean. Host were awsome . Would stay again .

The house was nice and for the most part seemed clean considering it’s a pet friendly home. But the floors definitely hadn’t been mopped. There was no extra toilet paper in the house, one small partial box of Kleenex, the hand soap in two of the bathrooms were almost empty and the two dishwasher pods that were there were busted so we hand washed dishes. Also the pots and pans and bakeware are limited. It was roomy and we enjoyed ourselves just needs attention to basic necessities if you like to cook a couple of meals.

Need a new grill. Grill was rusted out. Need to get a keurig coffee maker. Everything else was nice. Parking was good, along with plenty of seating on decks.

We love ocean lake! This is the nicest house we have stayed at inside Ocean Lakes.

1st, let me say that this property/location is nice. Beautiful, although the house could've been better maintained. Pillows/sheets paper thin, bedspreads & deco.pillows worn. Bring your own pillows. Bare starter amount of starter paper, etc. On arrival, 8ft. ladder left upstairs. Maint. guy quick to remove. Had to call him about toilet malfunction. Tv's in 2 small bedrooms did not work, & again maint. guy came. Said that they needed cable adapt. to connect to TV service, went off to Walmart and never called /returned with said parts. (One should not list tvs in every bedroom if they don't work). The master and den TV worked, although one in the MBR bath wasn't connected to cable, even though it was plugged in. Before arriving, we had rented the host's golf car for an extra fee. On arrival, when we asked the maint. man about the key for it, we were told that it did not work as it needed a part. Now they tell us, and then he didn't remember renting it to us, but refunded it shortly afterward. Thankfully Ocean Lakes has rentals to offer. BIGGEST ISSUE has been communication with host. Very slow to respond. Even on day of arrival, he could not be reached. Ocean Lakes was not notified of our stay, so could not help. Called VRBO directly and finally got host to respond. Host is super nice on phone but actions speak louder... My patience had been worn thin from all the attempts at trying to contact him. Condensing this review as letter characters are limited.

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and responsive. The location is great. Nice and quite. Most definitely recommend for a family needing 4 bedrooms.

The house needs some updates like kitchen appliances and better cleaning services. There are too many golf carts in the gated property to be safe. Unable to see or hear ocean from house.

Very clean, kitchen is well stocked for someone who loves to cook! Beds were so comfy. The house was absolutely beautiful. Watty (the owner) was awesome in communicating to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be staying here again!!
