LOaction is top. Middle of shopping centre and train station. big room, good safe and facility. PArking garage around the corner, although Expensive (€ 24 / day) Positive: cleaning of room standard every 3 days. Or daily if you want.

Breakfast in neigbour hotel. no problem, but not top. shared reception personell.

Excellent location, right across from the train station. There is a bus stop outside the front door & across the road. There are restaurants & shops all around. It is also within a stones throw of the beautiful lake!

There seemed to be a surplus of some things and a lack of other basic things… we had to ask for a kettle in our room. Luckily we brought some premade coffee sachets because no tea or coffee sachets were supplied with it. There is only someone on reception during the day… no-one in the evenings. When room was cleaned (every 3 days unless requested), body lotion & soap was not replaced, nor was cup or glass cleaned… We expected a little more from Alte Post.

Kein Schreibtisch. Auf dem Zimmer kann man praktisch nicht arbeiten. Externes Parkhaus - nebenan -extrem teuer.

L’hotel è ubicato all’interno di un palazzo d’epoca molto suggestivo; al contempo all’interno la struttura è moderna e funzionale. Gli spazi sono ampi, arredati con gusto; servizi molto buoni, letto comodo, ottima posizione vicino al lago, al centro e ad un parcheggio multi piano.

Die Lage war perfekt, für unsere Shoppingtour und den schönen Weihnachsmarkt, auch so nah am Bahnhof und See war super und das wir unser Gepäck so früh vorbeibringen durften und am Sonntag noch stehen lassen, bis uns auf den Heimweg machten, war narürlich sehr zuvorkommend! Herzlichen Dank!

Die Lage ist super, nahe am Hafen. Die Betten sind super, sehr gute Matratzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist gut und umfangreich.

Leider war das angebotene Obst am Frühstücksbuffet nicht ganz frisch. Schade. Dafür gab es an der Rezeption täglich frische Äpfel.

Die Lage ist perfekt, bekvemmes Bett, alles gut.

Zimmer schön gross und gute Qualität

Temperatur war enorm kalt. 17 Grad in den Zimmern beim check-in. Die Heizung via Klimaanlage dauert sehr lange um auf 20 Grad zu kommen und macht einen unangenehmen Lärm. Das Bad bleibt jedoch trotz Luftheizung kalt.

Un établissement très bien situé avec un parking juste à côté. Un cadre très agréable et un personnel disponible et attentif. Confort de la chambre et salle de bain spacieuse.

Une odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain venant probablement de la tuyauterie.

Ausgezeichnet des Frühstücks. Lage direkt vor dem Bahnhof und der Schiffstation. Dass das Hotel gleich in der Altstadt liegt ist sehr gut und für Besichtigungen der alten Gebäude, der Kirchen usw.

Ein „Hotel“ in einem alten, ehemaligen Postgebäude mitten in Konstanz. Direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof. Vom obersten Geschoss aus gibts über Straße und Bahnhof hinweg etwas Seeblick. Zimmer, Ausstattung etc. neu, ansprechend und mE relativ hochwertig. Dass es sich hier nicht um ein altes, klassisches komplett saniertes Hotel handelt wird schnell klar. Rezeption ab 21:00 nicht besetzt. Kleine Lobby die ganze Nacht beleuchtet aber Menschenleer. Getränke, kleine Sacks oder kleine Speisen am Abend leider Fehlanzeige. In der öffentlichen Garage nebenan werden schnell 24,- € Tagestarif fällig.

Ein sehr modernes Hotel in bester Lage und unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter! Das Frühlstück ist in Form eines Buffets und lässt keine Wünsche offen, egal ob herzhaft, Müsli, verschiedene Brote/Brötchen, süße Aufstriche, allerlei Kaffeevariationen, .... einfach unglaublich - vor allem für den im Verhältnis kleinen Preis. Wer das nicht dazu bucht, verpasst etwas.

Beautiful hotel in centre of Konstanz, walking distance to main POI. Cozy, well furnished room (seating area, fridge, bathroom, storage spaces). Friendly staff on the front desk. Parking house around the corner, bus, train, boat within walking distance. Price may be a bit higher but definitely worth the comfort.

Good hotel in an historic building, next to the train station ! Staff were very welcoming and the room was clean and comfy.

The rooms are not made every day, unless you ask for it specifically (you must leave a card at the reception!). Usually it is the other way around: In other hotels you can refuse a daily cleaning. The staff could be a bit warmer in their behaviour.

The room was a deluxe double and it was large. Beautiful large bathroom!! Really comfortable bed. Parking was a breeze.

Not enough pillows. No iron or coffee facilities but they did bring up iron and a kettle on request. No phone in room so if you want anything you have to go down and ask.

Good location and clean.

Lovely old building that is very well maintained

The location of the hotel could not have been better. We were literally 2 blocks from the chief attraction in Konstanz for us.

The management of the hotel must believe that cutting back on the number of staff personnel is the road to success. The front reception desk never had more than one staff member, and sometimes that one person was away from the desk. Likewise, housekeeping only came by every third day, unless you wanted them more frequently & were willing to pay for it! In the morning breakfast buffet, the same lack of staff caused tables to be occupied only by dirty dishes, or food items to have been consumed but not replenished.

Everything. Location was superb: a few meters from the train station as well as from the lake. The old city was just around the corner. Great staff. Great breakfast: good croissant, fresh homemade yoghurt, fine selection of breads etc.

The location made exploring and getting around town very easy. The front desk receptionists were very polite and helpful.

The hotel is in the centre of Konstanz. Only a few minutes walk to waterfront, ferries, main square. The room was large and perfectly set up without being fussy. Staff were really pleasant and great having parking under the building.

The location is incredible! Everything you can possibly want is within 100 m, train, bus, shopping, food, old town, harbour, you name it! The room and the bathroom were spacious and the beds comfortable.

The cleaning of the room especially of the floor was not really done even when it was the cleaning day which was once in 3 days.

Comfy large bed. Good size bedroom. Clean and comfortable. Location very good. Staff very nice.

No bar. No jug kettle to make a hot drink. No soap in bathroom.
